“James implemented a recall on my 2023 Aviator. He called ahead of arriving, was exactly on time and promptly began the recall fix. He was a pleasant person, we chatted as the repair progressed and he was completely finished in his estimated time. No comment on cost since warranty issue.”
“We live about an hour away, showed up right when they opened to look at a new car. From the jump our salesman Josh took care of us showed us the car set up the test drive. The low staffed dealership got swamped so we gave them everything they needed to complete the deal and left, we solidified everything from home and went back later that day to close. They applied discount after discount due to the issues from earlier and strived for exceptional service as Josh and the one finance manager stayed over an hour late to complete my deal along with a few others. But it is very hard and difficult to get another repair shop to accept a vehicle that has been previously repaired. “I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the vehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.”
“It was fantastic service. I made an appointment to get the exhaust done on my Honda. I related the issue over the phone. When I got there for the appointment my advisor told me he had the parts already on site and I'd be done in an hour. When in fact I was back at my house (12 minutes away) in less than an hour. Car is working great, price was very good and I can't say enough about how quick it was all done. If I need help with my vehicles in the future I'll definitely be reaching out.”

“I recently went to O'Reilly in Lebanon to buy new wiper blades for my truck. I was greeted immediately by Felica, store manger. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the different wiper blades. She brought up the company's website and carefully explained my options on wiper blades along with various prices. After I decided on the wipers She picked them up and went out to my truck to put them on my vehicle.
