“So having battery trouble with my vehicle. I went into the shop and set up an appointment to check the charging system. I might have scheduled a little longer than I should have but oh well that was my fault they could have got me in sooner. Went to appointment and the got me right in. Was able to check the charging system, advised me of my options. Ends up I had a remainder on the warranty on the battery. After diagnostic the battery was replaced all within 90 minutes. I was out the door with only the cost of the diagnostic test. Thanks to all the front line staff, and the technician that worked on it. They have out did themselves again.”

“They just replaced motor mounts for me, and the price of everything was cheaper than I would’ve got from any other shops. They do quality work. Was able to squeeze me in for a brake job afterward too. Replaced an engine for me many years ago before they moved to a bigger shop, and was pleased then. So, they’re still awesome! What really tops everything is she offered to see if someone could give me a ride to pick up my vehicle, because I was having issues with a rental car situation. That was so kind!!”

“It was fantastic service. I made an appointment to get the exhaust done on my Honda. I related the issue over the phone. When I got there for the appointment my advisor told me he had the parts already on site and I'd be done in an hour. When in fact I was back at my house (12 minutes away) in less than an hour. Car is working great, price was very good and I can't say enough about how quick it was all done. If I need help with my vehicles in the future I'll definitely be reaching out.”

I can’t thank this store enough. I originally went next door to Tire Discounters where they took advantage of me and installed the wrong size and type of tire. Lost all my valve caps. And messed up my TPMS system. Went next door to Discount Tire where they installed the right tires and took the time to help me with my problem. Matthew one of the assistant managers was so friendly and so willing to help me. Josh the store manager sympathized with me. Stopped what he was doing to help me. Told me that they could’ve ruin my transmission and went as far as double checking the TPMS AND added in the comments of the receipt, that i had wrong size tires. So hopefully I can get my money back from Tire Discounters. I’m 20 know nothing about tires but Josh walked me through everything including the TPMS calibration. He went as far as giving me credit advice since i’m young. If your like me clueless about tires. Or simply got your first car. Take it here to Discount Tire where Josh and his team. Will get you right no matter what! Can’t thank him enough. Made my WHOLE YEAR. Now i can fully enjoy my car.

So, since Ive been in the area this week and needed tires, naturally I went to Walt Luti Tire. When I came in, I didn't have any appointment and I spoke to Scott Luti and explained what I needed on a weekday afternoon. Later on that same day, he called me to say that he'd likely have my tires ready the next day. The next day, i got a call in the morning to come pick up my set of tires. I bought a set of Goodyear KO3s for my Jeep Wrangler at a really good price, and they had them installed in no time! Shortly after leaving, though, my TPMS light came on, so I took it back.
Eric went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He stayed almost an hour after closing trying to figure out what was going on. Turns out Jeep had changed the system codes, which made getting the TPMS to communicate correctly a little more complicated. But Eric didn’t give up—he kept working at it until he figured it out and got me taken care of.
That kind of hard work, patience, and dedication to a customer deserves to be recognized. He could have easily told me to come back another day, especially after closing, but he didn’t.
