No debris lying around during any of my visits and each unit is raised off of the ground (which was a major factor in my decision to choose this facility). The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about any of the questions and concerns I may have had initially and throughout. From start to finish, our experience was just what you want it to be-experienced, professional and efficient. We knew the estimate of our move was binding, and could plan for the costs accordingly. Our final invoice proved to be even less, based on the weight of our household goods. Our personable moving coordinator kept us up to date on planning and execution of the move; she was also readily available to answer questions. Packing and loading/unloading crew on both ends of the move were pleasant, experienced and careful with our goods, and were great with our dog. Our driver was thorough with documentation and clearly communicated the arrival date of our goods. While a cross country move is stressful, Stacey made it about as simple as it could be.”

“Hours say daily till like noon I think. U can try to call, leave a message if u can, they will get back with u. I've yet to see an 'employee' on the property except for about 6-7 weeks ago (give or take) a power outage caused the gate to REMAIN CLOSED with me trapped inside the facility!!!! Tony came and saved the day having me out of there within like 20-30 min....Decent prices for units and 24 HOUR ACCESS!!!! Plus they have U-hauls available for rent!!!!”
