“A little late posting after purchasing on 6-28-24... But a well deserved shout out!! After shopping at two discount warehouses and two other big box stores we decided to stop in at this Home Depot location. We went to appliances and were greeted by Joe right away. He asked if he could help us with anything and we said yes... looking for a "garage refrigerator"! He instinctively took us back and showed us several different models to pick from. We browsed with no high pressure, took our time shopping, he answered several of our questions throughout the process and helped us with setting up a "same day delivery" (which almost beat us back to the house, literally just a couple of hours later). We ended up with a "garage rated" Vissani 10.1 cu.ft. unit. Overall, surprisingly a great experience. Thank you Joe!!”

“At Best Buy, there's appliances, phones, computer accessories, and more. They can keep track of warranties and purchases for you, which is especially useful when something happens. There's more than meets the eye to the benefits of the Total Care Plan in combination with their tech support. I highly recommend checking it out before passing it up. Each time I visit Best Buy, I am greeted, but more importantly, they also help guide me to where I need to go. Everyone is patient and helpful. Check it out for yourselves!”
