“I received a text introducing the tech Austin was on his way. The text provided a picture of the tech and a short bio of him as an employee. That is a comforting procedure to know in advance who will be arriving and I could forward to the person who would be providing access for the repair. Austin determined what the problem was with the air conditioning unit called and gave me an estimate for the repair. Austin discussed the repair and sent me a video of the leak issue. He answered all my questions and advised he emailed me an invoice describing the work performed. I appreciate talking directly to the tech since I could not be onsite.”

“I was in search of a refrigerator, either french door or side by side and counter depth for one of my rental apartments. With temps over 100 degrees heat index, I was hoping to obtain an in stock fridge & delivery ASAP within my budget. Joey Ruiz & Kristin were so helpful. With no options in stock that the Columbus Sawmill store, they both got on their computers and searched other stores for possible solutions. They were able to find a fridge within my budget and find a time to deliver in 2 days. Joey and Kristin are such a wonderful asset and I had a fantastic experience at this Appliance Factory store. I will definitely be coming back for any appliance needs in the future.”

“I had a great experience here and - I'll be honest - I wasn't particularly expecting to, since it's clearly a discount store. But I was more than pleasantly surprised! The service was helpful but not pushy and I picked a couch for less than $500. The couch is what I wanted and seems to be good quality. And the delivery was actually great! Omar was my delivery person. He did a great job of communicating, he was right on time, and he was extremely pleasant and efficient. I'll buy anything I need as far as new furniture again from here in the future, 100%! Thanks to everyone!!! 🙂”

“We had an incredible experience with Hone Appliance Solutions. From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional. Jordan, the owner, was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our many questions with patience and clarity. The customer service was top-notch—responsive, helpful, and attentive to every detail. What really stood out was the follow-up after the sale, which showed how much they genuinely care about their customers. The delivery process was one of the best we've ever experienced—punctual, efficient, and handled with great care. Highly recommend Hone Appliance Solutions for anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service!”

“Went in on a whim looking for a mattress. Found one that I really liked and ended up buying it on the spot. Anthony was a BIG help. I explained that I had some pretty serious back trauma that I live with and mattresses can be tough for me. Anthony took me to one that he highly recommended for back pain and I fell in love with it. Easy to deal with and knowledgtacross the board. I’ll probably be back to get a new refrigerator from him. Thanks Anthony!!”

“They start with a low price and if they have multiples, they other times will come down a little more. I've been going there since 2015, this newer location has a better showroom. The back area features used appliances, this is where the most awesome dealz take place.”

“I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Brittany. She was not only friendly, but SO helpful and efficient. She streamlined our payments and got us setup on a plan that helped us to be sure we had complete knowledge of our payments and schedule so there would be no unexpected surprises. In a world where quality customer service is rare, this girl nailed it. Thank you again Brittany!!”

“I recently replaced my entire kitchen. Taven was excellent in putting together a package that was some "open box" items with minor imperfections at a discount, and some brand new. There were a few glitches with delivery and installation, but overall l was very satisfied with what l got and what it cost. As l was eligible for rebates from both the manufacturer and your store... but not very good at online stuff, l returned to the store and again Taven was extremely helpful. Wanted to post a positive review as all most folks do is complain.”

“I went there about a month ago now. I don't usually do reviews. However, I did receive over the top great service so I feel inclined to share. The cashier was so nice. This was my 1st time in & I just recently got into thrifting. So he shared how New Uses works, plus their other establishments. Then just other thrift shops he likes around Columbus! He helped carry my treasures to my car, as well. The place was jammed packed with goodies. I could not believe the amount of Longaberger baskets! Back in my day, those were highly sought after & very expensive. I say that to say they have high quality stuff. I came for flower pots. I got 7 for the price of 1 new pot! Highly recommend you check New Uses out!!!”

“I just needed some superglue today for a small repair. Parked and began to walk in the store when an employee who appeared to be on break outside asked me if he could help find something. Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”

“Everything was very well organized. The website was very helpful. We were looking for a specific product that was not at another Home Depot location (closer to us). The website directed us to this particular location and even had the aisle number on the website too. We found it very quickly and check out was super quick (self-check out). The only thing they need to fix is that one side of the building (outside) was covered in trash, the other side by the flowers was well-taken care of. One side of the building could just use some TLC. Overall, not a bad visit though, they had a lot of product and were very organized inside.”

It's associates like her that make shopping enjoyable and keep me coming back!”

“I rented a rotary hammer drill and bit from here. I thought it was a little expensive, but it bets having to buy one. It worked wonderfully. Installed a handrail on the back step for my Mother. I also had to buy some other things that she needed for the house and got all of them this visit. Good associates at this store.”
