“Brian came out to do a emergency maintenance call on 10/18 my refrigerator just stopped working to my surprise, I called at 4 pm, Brian came out checked it out& by 5 o’clock had a temporary refrigerator in my place!! He was a lifesaver helping me save some of my food, He moved fast& he did it by himself, no other maintenance person was available!! Thanks Brian for helping me, God bless?”
“I am a resident of Trinity Commons in Durham & the apartment complex is very well maintained & the staff is absolutely fantastic and amazing. From Erica, Grace & Marlene to the maintenance guys (Brad takes care of my maintenance request). The office staff have become friends & my dogs Grace & Lucy love yo see them everyday after I get home for work! They get treats from the ladies & Erica & Gracie usually have conversations with each other, & sometimes Gracie will help Erica at her desk! LOL 😂. Even when I can’t get home for lunch to let them out, they will take the girls 🐾 out to potty for me. They go above & beyond to take care of the residents.”

“Yesterday we visited Austin Park and were assisted by Shannon. She was very professional and kind. She showed us the Aspen model, and it was very impressive.
Today, we were assisted by Ruth. She was extremely diligent in her extensive effort, which resulted in my roommate and I both getting signed up through our completed applications. Her patience and understanding made the long procedure painless.
We are eager to make Austin Park our home.”
