“Austin park is a great apartment complex. There are a few things that stand out to make this place great. First off, Blake.Blake is one of the maintenance men here and he’s absolutely fantastic. If I have any issues, he was out at the apartment within 24 hours, often sooner! He comes with tools and fixes all my issues instantly. You can’t even hire help and have this good of service if you were calling a maintenance man to come to your house. Blake knows how to fix everything and he’s super genuine and respectful. He’s my number one reason you should live at Austin Park because good help is hard to find. I can’t speak highly enough of Blake. He helps keep Austin Park looking fantastic and I’m grateful for all his help.Second, the office ladies (Ruth and Shannon) are very kind and helpwith whatever comes up with your lease. We rented out the clubhouse once and were very good at putting us on the books and making sure we had everything we needed to host our party. Very professional and great communication.Finally, I love all the events they are hosting. For example, they had a cereal day where they have free cereal you could grab and go in the morning, they had a wine and chocolate tasting, they had a craft night and taco bar, they had a pumpkin painting night, march madness, and my personal favorite the golden Easter egg hunt where they would hide an egg and we would get a chance to find it somewhere on the property to win a prize.Honestly this place goes above and beyond. Very great apartment complex- highly recommend. Thanks for everything you guys do.”
