He was respectful of my criteria I spelled out when I said what I was looking for. Leading up to the delivery, I loved the level of detail and frequency of correspondence to confirm the delivery details. Once here, the delivery men were incredibly careful and efficient. I couldn't believe they had the whole couch in place, put together, and fully operational in under 10 minutes. I'm so impressed!
