She went above and beyond to help us visualize our layout, even moving furniture around the showroom for us. “This was a nice experience. The salesperson, Justin, was very knowledgeable and provided information on each mattress and adjustable base. It’s always nice to visit a store that employs sales people that know their product. There was no pressure to buy and we were not led to the most expensive mattress on the floor. We even left the store to talk about the purchase, with no pressure. If you want to deal with someone with knowledge of their products, would recommend a visit to this store. And, you have 4 months to determine if it is the right setup for you and if not, they will allow you to swap for a different mattress, or return them. They also provide financing with 0% interest. Not sure how long this promotion lasts. Delivery and set-up is included in the price as well. Again, nice experience..”
“I had a very positive experience at Mattress Firm in Miamisburg. Before coming here, I visited another well-known mattress store, but the selection and customer service did not compare.
My daughter had previously purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm and had a great experience, so I decided to stop in. I was especially impressed by the 90-day sleep trial, which gives customers the opportunity to exchange a mattress if it turns out not to be the right fit.
Eric Halsey was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the options until we found the mattress that best met my needs. I never felt pressured, and his expertise made the process much easier.
I was also able to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale, which made the purchase an even better value. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I would definitely recommend stopping by Mattress Firm in Miamisburg and asking for Eric.”

“I drive over the road and require a 42x80 custome built mattress. I have been coming to Orginal Mattress Factory for the last 6 to 8 years to custome build me a mattress to these decisions. They make a good product and are one of very few place that will build to spec a mattress for you.

“I was in the Beavercreek store in June to purchase a new mattress and box spring set. Eric was the representative at the time. An older lady ahead of me was having a REALLY hard time making a decision and Eric was extremely patient with her.
I was in no hurry, (I'm retired), and I had done my research on-line before arriving so I had a good idea what I wanted. Once Eric was freed up to work with me things proceeded along nicely. Eric made 1 recommendation based on my circumstances and I wisely took his advice.
I arranged to have my new bedding set delivered with removal of the old set and it was money well spent. The actual delivery date turned out to only be a couple days after the purchase. The delivery guys were on schedule and worked to get in and out quickly but they did take time to help me put my new protective covers on the mattress and box springs and then put the set into my bed frame, so I didn't have to wrestle them in by myself.
Overall a great experience.”
