While I did have to bring it in quite a few times, it was mainly due to the laptop itself. But! The last time I brought it in to get fixed was over a year ago. “Best store visit. TRUTH From Ross was refreshing! He was respectful and attentive to me.I recently Paid off a phone that I had gotten through cricket. I decided to get a new phone. I was looking for the Samsung 23 ultra. I called several of the cricket stores in the area trying to find this phone. When i called one of the stores the employee told me they could order it. If I just wanted to come in and get one. So i was on my way when I was still calling area stores. So I called spoke to ROSS an employee there. He tells me they can not order it and that they no longer carry that phone and to call him back and let him know if they do ?. I got there HE HAD LIED to me! to get me there. When I got there in hooes of me buying an alternative phone! I left!I called Ross back Ross back and he said to come in and would hook Me up. He promised to be as truthful as he can be. I told him I just wanted somebody honest.When I get there the store is a really nice store.He's very polite, Friendly and very nice. He knows his products AND knows them well!Hhe knows what all of them are capable of. He was so much help me choose which one was best for me. he hooked me up with a good case and a charter brick that I needed for this specific phone. He's very intelligent.He watched my price so to stay under thr amount of money. He was very economical.He knew where to stop on the amount to keep me going to the next tax bracket.?He taught me things that I didn't know like, I didn't know that you have to use original cord that came with the phone or it voids your phones warranty. ROSS was an excellent salesman.with me. He is really really good. And Honest and very respecul.that's hard to find! AND He told me if you have any questions call him. And he MEANT it. He explained a lot I didn't know and different features. He explains things really well.I also got everything at a decent price. Not the phone I wanted but I'm OK with this alternative. And case. So Please, please if you're buying a phone. Go to this store and ask for Ross because knows his business. I highly recommend going there anytime you want to deal with cricket. I am in Xenia but it was worth the drive to need anything.A+ Seller Highly recommended That's the only place I'm gonna go from now on. Ross makes it worth the trip.”

“Couldn’t recommend this location more. We had went to the Englewood store and had issues with a salesperson named Damon , went round and round with him for over 2 weeks over things we were promised and then he didn’t follow through with. Never returned calls like he had said, gave us the run around on who was responsible for fixing our bill and taking off fees he promised to remove. I contacted this location and spoke to the manager Eric, mainly asking for advice and what the next step would be. He went above and beyond to fix our bill, and make sure he didn’t lose us as customers. He was amazing! Always returned our calls like promised. We will only be dealing with this location from now on. Thanks so much again Eric for all your help!”

“On Saturday 5:28/22 my sister was having trouble downloading her mobile banking app.We went to the bank and he said it was a Cricket issue. So we went Cricket and a really special person by the name of Willy PATIENTLY helped her for about an hour or more. He figured out that the app was an old app and found the correct one and waited for all of her 21 updates to finish them downloaded the right app got her set up for fingerprint access!!Thank you Willy you are awesome!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Devin at the Victra Verizon store in Beavercreek! My husband and I moved to our own family plan and also wanted the promo deals. There were some hiccups that came with merging from a different wireless provider and also the process of leaving our parents’ wireless provider plans. Devin was super patient and made sure he covered all the details. He spoke with customer service for us and even stayed past their store’s closing hours to make sure the process was complete and to be there for any of our questions. He is absolutely great to work with!”
