“Went to this stylishly sweet store at Beachwood Place Mall. Saw that everything was labeled perfectly with regards to shoe sizes from small, to medium, to large, as well as casual shirts, ties, and coats, and every dapper piece of clothing available. One of the shoe ladies in the shoe department of the store was very loyal and loving in helping me with the shoe size for my black loafers. First, my feet was measured to determine my shoe size. And then, I tried on the shoes and guess what happened. The shoes did not hurt at all. By no means did it hurt. Staff and service is very nice when it comes to black loafers. That's a lot coming from a very nice business taking its service very seriously and that cares very much about its customers.”

“Store was clean and organized. My only complaint would be that they should have mobility scooters in the store for customers with mobility issues. Currently there is no way for a person who has trouble walking to comfortably shop, which makes us leave.”

“Had bought a box fan that wouldn't work out of the box. I lost the receipt and expected to be stuck with it. Luckily I used my Ollie's membership when I originally bought it. Easy peasy they looked up my receipt and did the exchange for a new fan. Great customer service!”

The store was full of other shoppers and very friendly associates. The prices were higher than I thought they would be, but I will definitely be back!”

“There aren't enough stars to rate this place! You could decorate an entire house, (from entirely empty) every room, from this store. This is another one of those stores where if you see something you like you'd better get it because it will be GONE when you come back for it later. Their pet section is better than some of the big pet stores in regard to certain items. There are lots of name brands and even some exclusive luxury designer items as well. The selection is unbeatable. The price point is amazing!”

“Last week was my first visit to this store. I must say, it will not be my last! The store has so many wonderful items for my home and small business. The store was very well organized, neat, and clean. The clearance area was also neat; no items thrown around on the floor or merchandise piled up. I originally went to purchase a comforter. They had a nice array to choose from as well as different price points. I wanted a gray comforter. I found a couple that offered the sheet set too. After looking, I found one on the clearance shelve. It was perfect and the price was perfect too! Check out was a breeze. The cashier was nice. I highly recommend HomeGoods... I'm going back next week!”

“I have been to this store every week since I found this location. Clothing for growing boys can be expensive.....but not here! I have gotten name brand clothing at close-out prices. My dollar has been thoroughly stretched. I was also able to find something for my future son in law for his upcoming birthday and even a few things for myself.....ALL NAME BRANDS! If you see something, get it, because it won't be there when you go back (I learned the hard way). They have more than clothes, but clothes were my focus these past few visits.”
“Everything was very good. A bit pricey but definitely got a very good meal. Also service from hostess to wait staff was pleasant, efficient and accommodating. Look forward to eating there again .. hopefully soon.”

“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”

I went for nfl sweatshirts bc I heard they were marked down, we're fairly priced 12.59 for nfl sweatshirt..... one thing I was surprised is they don't carry is luggage.
Still not going to give them a negative mark.

“Great cologne section big fan of the Tom Ford fragrances I have a whole shelf at home the people at Saks make you feel welcome and they also offer free samples in the fragrance department. Plus their designer shoes are pretty nice. Although the prices are pretty high lol.”
“I called this location today to find a sweatshirt I looked everywhere for. I was literally dying to have it! Chesiree answered the phone in a very joyful way as asked how she could help me. I described the sweatshirt to her and she put me on hold and searched high and low for it. She came back and told me she found it as if she won the lotto! She was so kind and so helpful!! I am so thankful for her and her kindness. When I got to the store to pick it up, she was so excited to give it to me!! At this point I just wanted to hug her! I love you, Chesiree!
