“My wife and I returned some Amazon items at Kohls, Bainbridge, Ohio (Store 0486), on Jamuary 6, 2024.Very convenient and FREE way to return goods to Amazon. We then each found a pair of Skechers, and some gift cards, and were fortunate to have a very lovely lady associate named Alicia assist us at checkout. She was very kind and patient (we are both in our very late 70's and had not shopped at Kohls for a long time). Alicia went above and beyond to make sure we felt appreciated, and received our Kohls rewards, our Amazon returns discount, and our Kohls cash.While shopping, we were greatly helped by a male store manager, who found the exact gift cards we were looking for, but had overlooked. We also were very ably assisted by friendly lady associates, Debra, as well as another fine lady associate, whose name we regrettably do not remember.We will be certain to make Kohls Bainbridge our go-to brick and mortar store, because they value and emphasize excellent Customer Service.”

“I like Big Lots. They have a wide variety of items. A little mad cause they don't carry the coffee I use to buy, but the other brands are still a little cheaper then the grocery stores. They have a nice variety of furniture and have a company that delivers for them.”

“A great place to find some amazing deals. There were a couple of us looking for a cologne that was in a locked display. When I asked for help, the sales associate came to help right away. I wanted to see a couple because I had not smelled them before but didn't want to spray them on myself since certain notes trigger my migraines and the rep, who turned out to be the manager volunteered to spray them on her wrist for us to smell. Needless to say that the other couple and I ended up buying the Versace set. Now that's what I call customer service and going above and beyond.”

If you need pull up underwear for someone who has incontinence, You can get 20 pair for $6 change which I was told was a very reasonable price but you have to be a sized medium or small. Plus a really soft purple sheet for my bed. Love the materal.”

“I had been looking for a specific pair of shoes that was on the website for several weeks and could not find them at my local Citi Trends at all. When I asked the staff at the same place, they could not provide any information whatsoever. I even called all 8 or 9 stores within my area and asked the staff if they had them, and they said they did not. So I emailed corporate asking about them, and the VP of Store Operations emailed me personally to let me know that she was emailing the appropriate people to find out; she got back to me in two days and told me that there had been shipments to THIS store in North Randall and the one in Akron within the past few days. When I went to N.Randall, they not only had them, but were MORE than helpful by telling me that they got regular shipments of the item, plus it's other colors, and were extremely friendly and helpful, which I do not find to be the case at other locations. This particular store is awesome, the staff know what they're doing and talking about, and they maintain an excellent regularly updated selection of stuff I actually like, including things I didn't know I wanted (or existed) until I got there. Great experience, and my personal favorite location.”

“I went to Saks Beachwood on Saturday to check out perfumes. I was quickly greeted by a sales associate named Eric. I'm a little over the top as I'm a die hard perfume collector. I had a doubled sided page of fragrances I wanted to smell. Eric grabbed a stack of blotter cards, a jar of coffee beans and said let's go on a fragrance tour. It was every bit of amazing. Eric paid exclusive attention to me and we had a blast smelling so many different fragrances, talking about our collections. I walked out purchasing Vilhelm Moon Carnival. “I wanted some ceramic cereal bowls that were not white and at least a set of four and I found what I was looking for. Yes, the inventory can be unpredictable, but if you are not set on a specific thing you can find a really good deal. My set of four bowls was only 13. I have found a lot of good stuff for my kitchen at the store and also good deals on other things like socks and underwear, t-shirts etc. I love to stop in every once in a while just to see what they have. That is on my list of things that I need. Great deals if you have patience and our flexible.”
