“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve purchased extensively from Naturepedic — two adjustable bed frames (one of which I donated), two queen mattresses, four twin extra-long mattresses, wool toppers, washable wool duvets, and duvet covers. The quality has been consistently outstanding.
Naturepedic is a family-owned company committed to organic, non-toxic materials, and that truly matters to me. Everything feels thoughtfully made, solid, and built to last. The comfort is exceptional without compromising on health or integrity.
These mattresses are designed to last up to 20 years when properly registered, which makes them a smart long-term investment. They frequently offer a 20% discount, making the pricing very reasonable for the level of quality you receive. I also appreciate that you can purchase online using Affirm, which makes investing in quality more manageable.
The adjustable frames are smooth, quiet, and sturdy. The zero-gravity setting is especially supportive. As a nurse, I understand how proper elevation can reduce stress on the body and promote true rest and recovery.
Customer service has been excellent as well. When I accidentally ordered regular twin mattresses instead of twin XL, they handled it graciously and professionally. That kind of integrity speaks volumes.
I continue to purchase from them because the quality, comfort, and values behind their products are worth it. Five stars from the heart.”
“I had an amazing experience today with Vicky. I told her what I was looking for and she directed me right to it . She was super kind and tailored my needs to me having a baby. I was in and out . I am super appreciative to have worked with her today. Give her a raise ! Haha”
“My experience at Mattress Firm in Macedonia was exceptional. I was greeted by Adam, the most pleasant and knowledgeable sales person you could ever meet. I told him I needed mattresses and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. He pulled out three exceptional options that were 50% off. He price matched sheets, gave me the deal of the century on the modern version of boxsprings and set up a delivery for the exact day I needed the truck to arrive in another state.
I’ve dealt with some wonderful people in my life, but Adam topped them all. The mattresses were superb, I was astonished by the quality and price. Adam then told me I had 30 days to try out my mattress and if I wanted to upgrade to a different one, the store would switch mattresses free of charge.
I can’t say enough about this place, or Adam. I can highly recommend Mattress Firm in Macedonia, no matter where you live.”
“Suzanne was super helpful with my mother-in-law in picking out her new bed. I was impressed by her level of customer service and patience. Sleep Outfitters in Macedonia is recommended without reservation.”
“Our experience was wonderful! We tested several mattresses until we found the perfect one and will be back to get adjustable frames for Christmas! Camille was an absolute joy to work with and she made our experience really enjoyable. Would highly recommend her for top notch customer service and professionalism. She is a joy and we laughed and smiled the entire time as if we were old

“VIP Service and Superior Quality Furniture!
My family and I have purchased several pieces of furniture from Fish Furniture over the last couple years. From showroom to delivery, Fish Furniture treats us like VIPs. The warm and welcoming staff feels like family, going above and beyond to ensure we find exactly what we are looking for along with offering expert guidance about various makes and models.
Fish Furniture offers a customer experience that cannot be matched by retail chains and furniture that is made to last.”
“Excellent experience! Huge selection. We bought 2 great mattresses that we are enjoying every night! The staff went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattresses and then helped us strap them onto our roofs!! Will def return next time we need a new mattress!!”
“This place is bigger on the inside! A good selection of furniture at reasonable prices. Staff were extremely helpful and delivery was quick and easy. Awesome experience, will buy from again :)”
“One of the better experiences we have had shopping for a mattress. Low pressure and informative. If the mattress is as good as the in store experience we will be in great shape.”
“From my first contact I was impressed with the great customer service I received. She answered all my questions quickly. From Monday to Saturday when I purchased it was flawless. Alex sent me a follow up thank you video. Who else does that?!?! Will definitely purchase again. Thank you!!”
“David was great. A very personalized experience - a lost art in many places. Looking forward to the mattress arrival - will update review if not 5 stars thereafter. Should be great!”
“It was a nice place to look for a couch. Only complaint is I asked a question, they were supposed to call me back and never did.
I did see your reply. I dont think the weather is an excuse for not responding. Its been over a week.”
“Today, my husband and I went to buy a new mattress. We already own one from the Original Mattress Factory; we love it. We entered knowing that we'd purchase a mattress today, but we did not expect such an excellent, warm, enthusiastic salesperson, Samantha. She was great! She explained the different types of firm mattresses from the coils to the warranties to delivery and set-up. The entire experience was excellent because of her!”
“The best shopping experience. Shopping for high ticket items is stressful, shopping for a mattress is no exception and in addition it's pretty awkward. Striking a balance as a salesperson as informative but no pushy, welcoming but genuine - that's all really tricky. Cassidy and the environment of this store did all of these to the highest standard. Cassidy's training and expertise allowed them to create a space where we could ask questions but not be pushed. The overall environment Casper has designed allows you to try the mattresses in the least awkward way possible. I didn't know it was possible but somehow Casper and Cassidy made the dreaded thing on our to-do list enjoyable. Thank you!”
“I know Sheely’s has been around forever, but I have not bought from them myself until now. Their quality of furniture and customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced in a long time. Darlene was fantastic, ordering was easy, and delivery was seamless. I love my new recliner sofa!”

“Everything about the whole process from beginning to delivery was great. We went back to the Bainbridge location to re-test our top 2-3 choices at least five times over an eight month span. There was never any pressure to make a sale. We actually changed our minds on which mattress to go with during that testing span, choosing our initial 2nd choice there, and have been very happy with it so far. Glad that we didn't just jump in with the first impression choice earlier on. The delivery and removal guys we had were wonderful as well.”
