“4 stars mostly because of the very friendly staff working at this location. We buy our cat food here and bring our dog with us, the employees at checkout are always a joy to chat with and we love the variety of treats they give to dogs, it led to us purchasing a brand of treats that they were giving out one day.”
“Prices increasing, probably unnecessarily... Clean and well stocked, clerks at ladies fitting room ignoring customers. One lady screaming at someone on her phone. Kitchen item we wanted had no price marked on item or shelf. Cashier was fabulous and found on her phone.”

“Chardon big lots is better place I ever shop, their items stock pretty well, quit place to shop, some items is reliable prices I bought a few furniture from them, I like to shop in big lots I hope their items remain affordable to ordinary shopper like me, it feels a lot better to shop reliable prices that affordable in your pocket. Deserve to give them a five star.”
