“The new store is nice but it was evident it’s catered towards the women shoppers. In a brand new store, I would expect more than one changing room for men. It’s not very men shopping friendly when you have to stand in line for 20 min to try on one pair of pants. Hopefully this store will look into making this right.”

“Five Below rules. It's so eclectic, like a Dollar store with a facelift.
Certain categories of product it really excels at. Toys, blind boxes, action figures; candy, snacks, drinks; cheap makeup, jewelry, t-shirts.
Like you're not gonna get high quality all the time. But if you need something silly or for a specific purpose but don't want to spend a lot, you cannot do better than here.
Especially around the Holidays. There is no better place to search for whimsical stocking stuffers.”
“I went there looking for a coat for my son the store is well organized although I wish they had more options and plus sizes for men and women and more larger size shoes for both. It's a big store with bright lights and wide isles. I like the variety in the store there is accessories for both genders sleepwear formal wear and casual wear there is also a section with beauty supplies and home goods.”

Yesterday I ordered a 58" tv for my bedroom, online. Upon pickup I noticed nothing wrong. Once I got home and was able to open and set up I noticed there were missing parts: remote/legs. There was also dust and something white on the back of the tv that looked like paint.
Today I went to return this and amongst the problems that came along with the return, customer service and management took care of the problem at hand. Thank you Andrew, Timmy, Tammy and the customer service desk associates for being timely, responsive and helpful because this return could have gone another way due to fraudulent behavior.”

“For the most part, a Dollar Tree is a Dollar Tree. You know what you're in for.
The only variation you really get is how clean and organized the store is and how well it's staffed.
This particular location is about average on both fronts. We visited just after Christmas, so they seemed to be turning over seasonal merchandise. Otherwise, the stock was decent, if missing a few things I was hoping to find.
The store seemed to be staffed by two people, and there was a faitly long backup at the checkout. But that's also partly bad luck on my timing.
Overall, it's a perfectly passable discount store.”

“Very clean store with nice employees. I enjoy shopping here, especially for books and home decor/organization. I just wish that they’d have people in electronics, considering that you need to ask them to unlock almost everything in that section. I’ve spent numerous trips walking around the store looking for an employee to unlock something for me.”

“This Marshall's store in particular has top notch customer service :) I had a rather unfortunate incident occur (no fault of my own or the stores) and after explaining my situation to Miss Deborah R and Gerard, I was shown kindness and understanding, which I very much appreciated. In addition, they were able to provide me with a solution that immediately resolved the issue. I'm so glad that there are still nice and kind people in the world and this store definitely has two really great people in their employ. Thank you again Deborah and Gerard!”
