Most recently had new tires and brakes done and the staff communicated very well with me what options were available for tires and the pricing. After inspecting they brakes, they called to say they were in good condition and wouldn't have to change them, so that was removed from the bill. Regarding tire purchase, they give you multiple options, allowing you to make the choice regarding cost and value. Regarding oil changes, they are quick and cost-effective compared to other places.
