“Multiple good experiences, and that’s coming from a picky car guy. I’d say they average 20% less expensive than a dealer, with equal or better quality work. They may be a tick above other independents in price, but that is because they’re uncompromising on parts selection/quality.
As for negative reviewers, the owner and manager are passionate and not going to tolerate nonsense or abuse, but they’ve always been fair and gentlemanly to me.
Also bear in mind, the statistical odds of an older high mileage BMW having an issue around the same time another issue is repaired, is quite high. I think some of this leads to unfair blame.”
