His prices for my brakes and rotors were considerably cheaper than other shops in the Mentor & Painesville area. He treats his customers like friends and family. “All I can say is my last experience with Universal Tire & Auto was exceptional. I called late on Thursday because of noise in my front end AND was able to bring my car in for service on Friday for total front end work. I knew I had this problem BUT it got worse really quick. The shaking on the freeway sort of scared me. Kevin was so accomodating for me AND all was fixed by Friday closing. Thanks to everyone at Universal for doing an excellent car repair job.”
