“We love krazy bins. It’s been fun watching this business grow the past few years. They’re still learning and growing. I love to see that they’re growing as a business and becoming a staple in Ohio”

“Well they got me again lol all the halloween stuff I need and didn't know I needed from pins to cups they had all the friday the 13th stuff a fella could ask for even slippers ?”
“I frequent this store. Every time I visit, the staff are pleasant. The line moves quickly. Most of the time, I am able to get everything I stopped in for. You can't beat the prices. Lately, some of the freezers have been broke down, so there are limited frozen products. I find they are typically organized, but during holiday season, it can be less so. I do not ever buy produce there. It never looks as good as the local market to me, so I just stick to the market.”
“What a wonderful location! Bob the cashier is such a kind, helpful, patient individual that really cares about the customers as well as the store there in Willoughby. I had never been to this location yet I will return due to Bobs amazing attitude.”
“This Ollies, in Chardon, has wide aisles, good lighting on the shopping areas, it is organized well with products, clothing, paints, auto items, etc. in key accessible locations, employees are helpful and friendly, sale items were stocked well. Plenty of parking. Located adjacent to Giant Eagle.”
“The staff is so kind and helpful, the products are just as good and cheaper than at walmart, and they offer touch free payment now so thats cool. store is just a little bit run down tho, not like cleaning could fix that”
“Awesome customer service !!! Extremely clean and welcoming !! I will drive out of the way to go here instead of nearest one !!?Great experience every time ?managment is kind friendly helpful !!! ? Thanks Angela and Cori and Pam for being so amazing !!✨??”
“The 2 young cashiers that helped me last night were amazing!!! I was scrambling around last night getting things together for a birthday party….. they rocked and helping me get balloons ready with smiles on their face as these balloons are popping before we get them blown up they didn’t give up they were over and beyond to help me I live in Cleveland. I will probably guarantee drive the 30 minutes if I ever need Dollar General again just to see these young ladies. These girls deserve a high five.”
“My go-to store for all my staples & snacks. The store is clean and organized, and the folks that work there are great people. I just wish they had a small produce section.”
“Lisa Parker (the store manager) was extremely patient and kind helping me try to reset my account. We couldn’t get the reset password email. She helped me check out as a guest. I was very impressed with how the store was clean and stocked. Great store. Keep it up Lisa.”

“They didn't have enough wide width shoes or large size dress shoes. There were not enough nickel free jewelry or jewelry with beads. I did like the large size clothes and had a good selection”
“This store is around the corner from the house. Friendly staff, usually quiet atmosphere-reflective of the neighborhood. This time they were out of paper towels, it seems to rotate since the coronavirus hit. Probably good idea to call ahead and see if the one of the main items you're after is there. Otherwise, good visit.”
“Beware on what you buy from there. This goes for all Dollar Generals. Seems like corporate thinks this is ok. I will most likely continue to shop here since I'm broke but I'm a little disappointed at being scammed.”
“Why is it the people with gripes are the ones most likely to post a comment?
In this case, the Dollar Tree in Chardon is absolutely the best one I've ever shopped in. I stop there every time I go to visit my father.
Here's why:
+ The store is always clean. Unless restocking an item the aisles are clear and you don't have to navigate around empty boxes and messes on the floor. I don't have that usually shopping at Dollare Tree stores in my area.
+ The manager is always interacting positively with customers. He does not consider his only job is being a manager. He jumps into the role of cashier, stock person, and greeting customers whenever he's needed.
+There is ample stock on shelves even now when shortages are showing up here and there in big box stores. Stock is organized well with it easy to locate it by yourself. If you can't find something, the first employee you locate will not only direct you to the place in the store but has often volunteer to take a break from whatever they were doing to escort me there personally.
I can't say enough about this store. It is the best managed, best organized, cleanest, and most friendly Dollar Tree store I've ever shopped in. I highly recommend it, and for the above reason I always stop to shop when I go to visit my father in Chardon.”
“This is by no means your upscale grocery store, but it still gets the job done. A little dingy and dusty on the inside, but the products and produce are pretty good quality and you can save a lot of money shopping here vs. your average grocery store. We pick up a lot of snacks and non perishables here because they're the exact same that other stores carry just at a better price. They have a fun closeout aisle in the front of the store where you can pick up a lot of fun holiday themed trinkets and candy. Definitely stop by and see what you can find and consider adding Marc's in to your grocery routine, you might be surprised by what you can find! I should add that they have more than just groceries, you can find toiletries and all kinds of other things as well.”

“It's Five Below. Cool little gadgets and toys that make kids happy. Will the toys last forever? No. But your kids will have a blast looking through everything to find a special toy. We're here probably once a week, and it's fun every single time.”
“Loved this place since I was little bit yesterday I went in looking for a special biscotti but couldn't find it anywhere. It was one of those things Marc's only carries and I wasn't sure if they were our or it had just been moved. 2 different people helped me find it, one names Jill walked around the entire store to help me find it. It was super nice and reminded me why I love this place! Especially all of their season fun stuff!”

“I am a Krazy Bin customer through and through and I can’t say enough good things about the entire concept of the stores, the shopping experience, and how kind the workers always have been in all my experiences. You have to know going in that you’re looking at overstock, returns, etc. and I normally never have issues.
I work in interior design and I have decorated almost an entire 10 unit hotel with these stores! On top of that I’ve been able to affordably change up my personal space, my parents house, my brother’s room, and now we’re working on their guest room!
Also love being able to grab little odds and ends I normally buy at Target for 50% off retail prices while I’m there. 10/10 love everything about this store and they have a customer for life! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“EVERYONE at this location very polite, they understand your concern ... and they give you quick service...Pharmacist and all staff are very professional, responsible and you will get automated messages as soon as medicine ready,I really recommend everyone to choose MARCS in solon pharmacy for your convenience....”
“Always a pleasure to come to this store. All the cashiers are very helpful and the lines aren’t too bad. All these people giving this place a bad review are probably just horrible people that will never be pleased no matter what you do.”
“Cameron is the best person in the world!! Very friendly and personable and he even helped me because for some reason my card wasn't being accepted at the register and he was so patient with me. I definitely owe you one Cam!!”
“I love Dominic!
He’s so upbeat and will help you no matter where he’s stationed. However, I do like it when he’s at self check- out. A real smooth operator.?”
“Great prices and closeout. I went in for one thing and left with so much more! They have a wide variety of items, Home Goods, grocery, personal care, furniture, lawn products, and beauty supplies.”

“young man at the register worked very hard to get a very long line of people waiting to check out. Manager came up to the register looked at the long line and just walked away no offer to help.”
