“They have the best deal on clothes. I bought no clothes items and 2 things were defective. One was a set of lights and one was an air mattress. It was part my fault. I didn't test them before I left. The items are non refundable under $50.”
“Five Below is always such a fun place to shop - theres just so much cool and random stuff to look through, and I almost always find something I didn’t even know I wanted. The person at the checkout was super friendly and made the experience really pleasant. The only downside was that one staff member stocking shelves was really rude, which kind of took away from the vibe. Still, overall it’s a great store with tons of fun finds!”
“They are working on coming back. You can tell they have significantly reduced the number of items they carry in inventory, even in the holiday decor area, Big Lots used to carry so much more decor for Halloween and Christmas.
They still carry staples like shampoo, conditioner and body wash at great prices and they carry a lot more clothing than the old Big Lots used to carry.
I am hoping that the longer they are open the more their inventory will grow.”

“This store is always clean and well organized. Whomever the manager is of this store - I take my hat off to him/her. The have better customer service than most of the Sav-A-Lot stores that I've visited and this store is much cleaner and the lighting is perfect. They have a good selection of groceries too.”

I may sound like I'm not discerning, but I can't tell the difference in quality between the meats sold here and other grocery stores.
The store is clean and most items on sale are available when I shop. Staff is cordial to friendly, and I usually shop once a week.”
“I love going to the Save-A-Lot it's not crowded it's not that many people in the store when you go in there the workers all are very nice when you come in there so I definitely will be going to this save a lot more often because you don't want to go in the store that's so crowded they give you time to shop and get all the things you need without the store being so crowded”
“I should NOT say this, but I will.....T-BONE STEAKS!!!!! Dang it, I gave away my secret. They are three to a pack (perfect for MY family size) and I can get THREE packages here for the same price that I would pay for ONE elsewhere. This store has some of the BEST meats (I don't eat pork). They also have some priced to sell meats as well (meaning you need to make them the day of purchase or the next day or immediately freeze them). Just because it says Save A Lot doesn't mean that everything is off brand. THERE ARE A LOT OF HIGH QUALITY NAME BRANDS HERE (sorry for yelling.....LOL!). I have gotten a lot of "two fors" here in the produce section. If you want to make your money go a long way, I recommend checking out their meats and other name brand items when you get a chance. You can always go to whatever other grocery store you frequent and get the rest of your food items if need be.”

“Save A Lot has always been my go-to store way before the Target and Walmart boycott! Their brands are comparable to the name brands at a much lower cost! This one pretty much stays stocked with friendly staff! They weren't even rude to me when I went towards the employee area like I owned the place! I got the restrooms mixed up with Aldis, lol. We just laughed and kept it moving. I love their down to earth staff!”

“Five Below rules. It's so eclectic, like a Dollar store with a facelift.
Certain categories of product it really excels at. Toys, blind boxes, action figures; candy, snacks, drinks; cheap makeup, jewelry, t-shirts.
Like you're not gonna get high quality all the time. But if you need something silly or for a specific purpose but don't want to spend a lot, you cannot do better than here.
Especially around the Holidays. There is no better place to search for whimsical stocking stuffers.”
“I am a Krazy Bin customer through and through and I can’t say enough good things about the entire concept of the stores, the shopping experience, and how kind the workers always have been in all my experiences. You have to know going in that you’re looking at overstock, returns, etc. and I normally never have issues.
I work in interior design and I have decorated almost an entire 10 unit hotel with these stores! On top of that I’ve been able to affordably change up my personal space, my parents house, my brother’s room, and now we’re working on their guest room!
Also love being able to grab little odds and ends I normally buy at Target for 50% off retail prices while I’m there. 10/10 love everything about this store and they have a customer for life! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. ? I’m today’s time where customer service is nonexistent I would like to give kudos to Ms. Chamiah . I very much appreciate her!!!!”

“I was initially annoyed that the clerk did not make eye contact. When he came up to the register singing to himself I thought he was just rude, but he never made eye contact with me. He rang up my item and told me what my the total was, again without looking at me directly. He then continued his song. Thats when I realized the signs. He handed me my receipt and thanked me verbally(no ete contact). I have a non-verbal autistic relative so I try to be understanding with those on the spectrum. It was nice to see you give those with special needs a chance in customer service.”
“DDM stores seem very good everywhere. This one is nearest our home and has friendly people working here. They are quick and efficient at the check-out while the pharmacy team is always friendly and helpful.”
“The 2 young cashiers that helped me last night were amazing!!! I was scrambling around last night getting things together for a birthday party….. they rocked and helping me get balloons ready with smiles on their face as these balloons are popping before we get them blown up they didn’t give up they were over and beyond to help me I live in Cleveland. I will probably guarantee drive the 30 minutes if I ever need Dollar General again just to see these young ladies. These girls deserve a high five.”

“This store is really great. The manager goes above and beyond with customer service. I bought two jugs of cider that just tasted funny to me. And I lost my receipt in the rain yesterday. I always keep my receipts. He refunded myMoney. I’m so grateful.”
“I come to this store three times a week. The Manager Bill, is always working, stocking, arranging items, and servicing customers. He is always ready to stop and help a customer find what they are looking for. Great customer service skills, and goes out of his way to give every shopper a great experience. What I like and respect most about Bill and his store, is, during these difficult times, when prices are going up, Bill still finds a way to give the customers great deals. I've included photos to show some of the deals. Thank you to Marcs and to Bill, for helping us find affordable foods during these trying times.”
“This store is around the corner from the house. Friendly staff, usually quiet atmosphere-reflective of the neighborhood. This time they were out of paper towels, it seems to rotate since the coronavirus hit. Probably good idea to call ahead and see if the one of the main items you're after is there. Otherwise, good visit.”
