881 N Bridge St, ChillicotheMy husband and I had a wonderful experience today at the Petland in Chillicothe, Ohio! We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Multiple staff members interacted with us as we walked through the pet store. All of the animals seemed very happy, content, and well socialized. The shelves were neat and stocked, the entire pet store smelled fresh and clean, and there were multiple happy families and couples walking around interacting with staff and all of the animals. When we first walked in, we noticed the wall where the puppies are housed. Several of them appeared to be sleeping. Their bedding appeared to be clean, their water bottles were filled, and they had several toys to keep them occupied. I can tell the puppies are very well loved on here! In the middle of the pet store is where the birds, rabbits, hamsters, ferrets, and guinea pigs are housed. They all appeared to have fresh bedding and food. I absolutely fell in love with the sweet ferret! One of the employees approached my husband and I and asked if we wanted a box to take the ferret home! Haha. She then told us a personal story of her family's ferret she had while her kids were growing up. She said their ferret was a lot of fun and loved to play and carry things around! In the back of the store is where their Koi pond and kittens are located. All but one of the kittens were napping during our visit. Their enclosures were clean and had several forms of enrichment. It looked like they had a sweet cat condo set up! The Koi pond was spotless and the fish approached us a couple of times! We checked out the fish and reptile area. The fish tanks were clean and the reptile enclosures were as well. We said hello again to the puppies and another staff member approached me and asked if we wanted to get a four legged friend out! I asked if we could visit with a puppy without buying and she said yes. The puppy that I was initially interested in playing with wasn't available to come out of their enclosure because they recently had a veterinary exam. There were signs posted on the puppy's enclosure that couldn't interact with the public. I at first didn't notice the sign posted, but that was my fault. I was so focused on getting the puppy out to play that I didn't notice at first! The employee was very kind to explain that to me. She was also assisting other families with the puppies, but was still nicely waiting on my husband and I to decide on what puppy we wanted to play with. We decided on the Golden Doodle puppy that was housed with a Cocker Spaniel. The employee asked if we would like to get both puppies out! I could NEVER turn that option down!! She even thanked us for playing with the puppies and helping socialize them. Both puppies were happy and eager to interact with us! There were fully stocked hand sanitizer stations everywhere. My husband and I were sure to sanitize our hands before and after interacting with all of the animals. We had a wonderful experience and can't wait to return!

We have had times where it’s been an emergency and she has gotten us right in and identified the issues right away. Every time we call it’s either same day appointment or next day. The entire staff is so good with our girl I will never take her anywhere else! Lastly, they have the best prices in town!

Fairly priced as compared to other vets in the area. Super friendly and knowledgeable did great work with my dog and lizards.

She gave her two injections and a take home flea treatment also with a free bag of dog food. The hospitality was through the roof! Also so the bill was less than $90 when others told me I would be spending more than $200! North fork Animal Clinic you have a forever client!

1100 Eastern Avenue, ChillicotheI took my cat in last August. We arrived on time for our appointment. We were waiting in one of the exam rooms for over an hour waiting for the doctor. I was given updates during the wait. Dr. Petzel (I believe) finally came in, and he was sincere and very apologetic about the wait. He examined my cat, and he seemed concerned about her health and completed what I would consider to be a good exam. This was my first and only time at this clinic, and while I appreciate the practice's policy to accept emergency cases; it's still very frustrating to have to wait over an hour after your scheduled appointment to see the vet. I didn't plan on going back to this clinic after the long wait. My other complaint is, it seemed like I was being glared at by the receptionists while I was walking out. I'm not sure why. But last month, I received an email and a text reminder to schedule an upcoming exam for my cat. I just received another email and text about a month out from her due date. Honestly, I think that these reminders are a really nice touch with today's busy lifestyle. There were some positives (professional courtesy - vet and assistant & appointment reminders) and a really big negative (having to wait an hour past appointment time).

Charlotte started taking him for walks as a puppy and it’s paid back tenfold as he’s a delight with other dogs and is never happier than when he’s going on a walk with her and the ‘pack’…so much so that he waits by the window for her vehicle to pull up! She’s an extended member of his family and quite frankly I don’t know what we’d do without her. Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Dogs can enter/exit separate outside runs, which are about 3 x 15 feet or so. Cats stay in cages. They do require vaccination proofs, so call first, for details. Optional services include bathing, but call for details.

It was an excellent experience from the moment we walked in. I had the Bacodo Benny, and it was delicious. My friend got the Chicken and Waffles, and it was also very good. We are definitely going back again soon. Their prices and portions were more than reasonable.

Not an exaggeration, the Turkey and Swiss Panini was so amazing everyone here loved it. Best sandwich we've eaten. Kudos to Shauna Shanks her food comes from the heart. Love it!!!! Guys you gotta try this place if you dont its your loss.🥰

The location is small, does not have dining options, however, there is a small table & chairs sitting outside and it is very clean inside and out. Friendly staff who greeted us as soon as we walked in and our order was ready within the quoted timeframe.
We got 2 pies; small and medium and they were average size, cut into small square pieces which was different. Our order was accurate as we made some modifications. The food smelled so good and hot- even after we arrived home. Plenty of toppings, well proportioned to cheese. Most toppings stayed on the pizza although some veggies (Super Supreme) did come off- but there were plenty so you were not missing anything in a single bite! Crust was good; a slight crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. The only thing I would have liked more would be some flavor on the crust. I imagine a garlic butter and an herbed seasoning.
We will definitely order again, not disappointed at all- kid approved!

The a Lady named Barbara took my order and was very helpful with what I could order and what it could be topped with. Debbie (the Owner) brought the food to my table and Kevin put it together. Oh My Goodness the food was so good. I will be returning. By the way I had the Bratwurst Reuben style and in house made Chips with Garlic & Parmesan dip.
