1354 Ety Pointe Dr NW, LancasterOutstanding job of washing and trimming my six month old Belgian Malinois claws, they took him in the grooming area and normally groomer ask for assistance handling him, as they are a little intimidated by a Malagator, however, Mandy met him engaged with him and they were buddies. Without incidents. I received a call a short time later that my mali was ready for pickup. Mandy was great an f my Mali now walks with a little more swagger. Thanks for the good experience.

521 N High St, LancasterMy Husband just asked me it they use bleach on his white hair! Lol! I said no and he dont stink again lol. We have a 1 year old husky! He is so handsome but definitely a boy dog! He loves rolling in the grass and laying under shade when we are out side! His shedding gets out of control that's why we started Super Grooms! Today my kids wanted to check out the salon they got to see them awesome ladies working! This was our 2nd visit! Amy and her Husband are always amazing as is the other girls! We also take my little chihuahua there for nail trim and they are good to her as well! Thank you everyone at super grooms our pup smells good again lol!

In fact, I had two dogs euthanized at two different times and was treated with great kindness throughout the process. The whole office was very professional and helpful. If I still lived in the lancaster area I would still take my dog to this practice.

They are sensitive when it comes time to say goodbye, too. They make it a little easier and are extremely professional and give you time to say goodbye and allow you to hold them until the end. It's heartbreaking, but they handled our boy so nicely. They aren't super expensive like some places can be. They are reasonably priced and top notch care, it's a win win man.

Alex was the most recent trainer we worked with and through his training and our work at home our dog has gained confidence and the skills that we really needed. Alex has also been available to support us outside of our follow up visits as we practice and learn with our dog. Now I have 2 happy, confident, and competent dogs. We also feel our relationship with both dogs has greatly improved.

She loves it there so much that she honestly gets bored on the weekends and seems to cannot wait to return on Mondays. She literally plays ALL day! The ladies who take care of the dogs are all amazing and the pricing of the packages are definitely worth every penny.

2521 E Main St, LancasterI have an Old English Sheepdog, and Jessica Bigham does amazing with him!! Jessica pays a great deal of attention my dog. She even discovered Charlie had a skin condition that was caused by the diet he was on. Without her showing me, and giving me tips and suggestions, I wouldn’t have known! She even advised me what to do when he was sprayed by a skunk! Charlie loves going to Paw and Order. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot!Jessica can bond with ALL animals. My mind is at great ease knowing Charlie is safe and in amazing hands while being groomed.

The Well
203 S Broad St, LancasterI had a customer in the shop today who insisted on getting me something to drink and a sandwich. I sent him to a place close to our shop for a breakfast sandwich, and they are closed all week. He ended up going to the Well to get me a sandwich. He came back with an egg and sirloin sandwich and I have NEVER had anything as amazing as this. I have no idea what all was on it, but it was the bomb.
I’ve never eaten at the Well for some reason, but that’s about to change

1110 E Main St, LancasterWe're regulars at this point, and I can't help but always get the sesame chicken from here instead of exploring the menu. I always use it as a small benchmark to see how well a restaurant is cooking, and I've just never made it past there. Love the chicken on a stick appetizer, even know it makes me a bit of a vanilla boy. Yum-yum they make isn't half bad either!

The security guard lady is just phenomenal. And the other 2 ladies in the back, had so much patience that was unreal. The place was nice and clean.
Dogs were healthy.
And the adoption process to get a dog is super easy.I would definitely recommend anybody...
