5267 Gender Rd, Canal WinchesterI have been to this groomer for over 6 or more years and when I tell u the owner has the most incredible spirit. I love this place and the atmosphere. All of the workers are kind and loving and genuine. My dog I had for over 15 years went to this groomer but she has passed away and now I have a male version of my previous dog that now goes to the same owner. I love the atmosphere and the professionalism that exist. As long as she is open I will always walk through those doors. Excellent in my opinion. Thank u for your wonderful work and caring heart towards our fur baby.

The exceptional care our pets have received enabled us to have extra quality years when medical complications arose, for which we will always be grateful. Throughout the pandemic, they have maintained excellent communication and services, despite the circumstances. I could go on and on with examples of positive experiences. I recommend this office without reservation and am so thankful to be able to take our pets there.

Dr Carder took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The clinic was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, my pet was treated with so much compassion and gentleness. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring vet.

We also appreciate how he gave us some training on pickup day too, along with so many excellent tips. The daily updates & videos were so heartening & such a nice added touch, along with his helpful summary for what she needs going forward. So again ALL the stars to him & his training program; we'd give more if we could!!

6175 Wright Rd, Canal WinchesterI adopted my puppy Juniper from Gigi's in January when she was about 12 weeks old. I was a little unsure about their process (who just allows you to walk out same day with a puppy?) but this is truly a top-notch facility. I was so frustrated with the weeks of nothing after applying for dogs in rescues; it was worse than trying to find a job! This adoption process was easy, with a major focus on the well-being of the animals in a way you don't normally see. For example, you digitally select which 3 dogs you want to see that day, avoiding making them all overly excited as you walk through the facility. We got a dedicated meeting room and new toys for each puppy, who was carried in with a staff member using PPE to avoid spreading any potential disease. The puppies were all so sweet, and I am in love with my Juniper. The adoption fee was $400. Gigi's sent several follow up emails making sure everything was going well, and a real person responded with advice for getting my two cats used to living with a puppy. I can email them anytime and know I will get quick and helpful advice. They are dedicated to seeing their puppies succeed!
Juniper has grown, and I have taken her to both Puppy Preschool and Skills & Manners 1 classes. She has thrived in both. Dawn, who actually helped me with the adoption process, was also her teacher for the second class. Juniper has progressed so well, I have neighbors and friends threatening to kidnap her (jokingly) because she is such an amazing dog. She knows over a dozen tricks, is polite, loves everyone, and is so sweet. Thank you Gigi's for changing my life for the better. Will see you all at the next class!

6130 Wright Rd, Canal WinchesterWe took our rescue, Tillie, to Allison after two very scary attacks on other dogs in the household. We did the 2 week board and train and it has made such a difference! Not only did she teach tillie commands but also taught us how to spot and manage signs of conflict in the house (even taking time during the home visit to work with the other dog). We could not be more impressed with Tillies progress. She sent daily progress videos and was responsive to any questions we had after training was complete. If you are here checking reviews like I did because you were afraid you’d have to rehome your dog please give Allison a call! We checked with another trainer first and they said it wouldn’t work because tillie was too old.

3 S High St, Canal WinchesterThey took part in a K-Pop pop-up event and I went in with my teen and husband. They had a special drink for the band Ateez and it was unique, beautiful, and delicious! I had an iced coffee and it was also delicious. Service was relatively fast, as they were busy and although we didn't order food, I saw what was coming out of the kitchen and it looked well presented and intriguing.

The homemade chips and salsa are delicious. Authentic Mexican food, beautiful restaurant, and warm and inviting staff make this our go-to.

37 W Waterloo St, Canal WinchesterStopped in for a drink and snack. Searchlight is always the go to. I had a Blackberry Sangria which was amazing. We sat on the patio and had a pretzel and enjoyed the new canopy. It gets pretty toasty on the patio, they could use a couple small fans just to move some air. Other than that it was a fun comfy visit and plan to stop back again soon.
