“This shop is the only place I will bring any of my vehicles now. They pulled the engine on my diesel truck and replaced the oil pan and fixed other things that another shop broke and the other shop tried twice to replace oil pan but it leaked both times. Randy is so knowledgeable and explains what is wrong and how they’ll fix it so well. They take lots of pictures too so you can see what needs fixed. Only place I trust now.”

“I’m out of state working at the Honda plant. I brought two of my vehicles with me. I had Wootens put breaks, calipers, and rotors all the way around on my F350 and they did a great job they also change the oil and fuel filters. My 4Runner started shaking when I stop I thought the front end needed replacing and they told me it was just the balance of my tire showed me how far off it was corrected it and the thing ran great they also changed the oil for me in it as well. Wootens is great to deal with honest good prices on labor and the friendliest customer service.”

“If I could give 20 stars I would. I was on my way to Michigan from Cincy when my serpentine belt snapped. My roadside assistance said 3 hours for a tow. I called Hart’s they towed me 20 min later, the owner took me to lunch and let me use his office for phone meetings I had for work. Seriously. I was fixed up in 6 hrs by the boys. I’ll be stopping back to see them for any maintenance needs I have or just to BS.”

“I was driving home and the tire kept getting lower and lower. I pulled in 20 minutes to closing and they plugged my tire. No appointment and kept them past closing. They did not have to do that! I appreciate it immensely! Highly recommend this local shop!”
