I set up for the wrong model number and Steve assisted me with still getting to get it fixed the same day by contacting the customer support. 10 out of 10 experience! “I’ve been with AT&T for over 27 years and my local store in Anderson Township, Cincinnati. Twice now I have had the help of the same young man, Jay, who’s has been so informative to help me make better decisions. This last time I had to visit it again due to equipment issues WiFi of all things. Heaven forbid we should be without right ?!
Jay, the same representative as my first visit , resolved the issue gracefully caring about my dilemma when the part was not in the store he found a solution. I will be staying with this service for many more years to come and largely due to the great employees that are continually helpful while being polite and pleasant to work with to resolve my requests. “I googled Phone Repair near me, found this store and was there within 15mins of reading a few reviews! I arrived at 10:48am, iPhone screen half black, cracked, couldn’t use a single button! The clerk told me 30mins! In 15/20mins my phone was fixed, working like new and screen protector suggested sale for $5!!! BEST, Prompt, FAST service ever!!!! Keep up the great work!
