The clerk told me 30mins! In 15/20mins my phone was fixed, working like new and screen protector suggested sale for $5!!! BEST, Prompt, FAST service ever!!!! Keep up the great work! “As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Myron. I’ve never had someone greet me like that at this location. First impressions are everything. I’ve had staff not greet me and just let me stand here, with is bad customer service. He tried to help my family get devices, but there were some barriers. Things weren’t going as expected. Myron was not letting us leave the store without a smile on our faces. He went above and beyond for my family and I really appreciate that so much. His excellent customer service was top tier from the moment we walked in til we left. As long as Myron is working here, we will continue to be a customer!!!”

“Ismail is the guy who runs the store here, I bought 2 phones that he had on a limited time offer(which was SO worth the price!). He wasn't in a hurry to get me out the door, he wasn't trying to pressure me into buying accessories or unnecessary items just to up the price. He explained everything exactly as it should have been and I was able to grasp everything BEFORE I made the purchase due to his patience. I will for a fact be coming back and I think that more people should consider trying him out for your phone needs. I appreciate it a bunch!”
“I’ve been with AT&T for over 27 years and my local store in Anderson Township, Cincinnati. Twice now I have had the help of the same young man, Jay, who’s has been so informative to help me make better decisions. This last time I had to visit it again due to equipment issues WiFi of all things. Heaven forbid we should be without right ?!
Jay, the same representative as my first visit , resolved the issue gracefully caring about my dilemma when the part was not in the store he found a solution. I will be staying with this service for many more years to come and largely due to the great employees that are continually helpful while being polite and pleasant to work with to resolve my requests. “They are kind to senior citizens, will help you with a written note if you are disabled, great with answering questions about your cellphones accessories and carrier service. Parking lot always has spaces. Heavily populated African America area yet you will see this location is in a thriving strip mall with plenty options and food, please people of all backgrounds come here, there is nothing to fear regardless of rumors of the neighborhood. This location has lots of customers and the employees are diversed nationalities and fluent in other languages. You may see people standing around for the store is small inside, very small, fear not and wait in your car, the patrons are nice people just say I'm waiting in my car, I'm behind that or this person, in most cases they will respect that you are next, but no one will wait for you concerning customers patrons so do your best to get back in line to enter store or come back on another day. ?”
