The center offers cost-effective expedited, standard and economy shipping and Ground that is faster to more locations than UPS Ground. Staff nice and great, and service great when someone front to help. Packages retrieved in no time, literally seconds, after following protocol‑procedure. Parking is easy and plentiful, but get there from I75 during rush hour is not always easy. The place accepts express delivery that accepts packages later than typical FedEx stores do and missed packages pickup.

The workers are absolutely amazing. They don't have enough support from higher management. Things that should be easy and convenient that you would expect are not available. They can't print warning labels and will send you back and forth.

I had to wait for service in the lobby and I was the only one there but once someone came to the front to help me the service was great.
