Been an account holder for 20 years and they've closed down six branches near me. I can only do cash banking at an ATM approximately 25 mi away from my house. Here in Cincinnati they've only got four branches and none of them are anywhere near to me

Waited for 20 minutes before giving up. Only two tellers available at Noon when I would think they'd ramp up for lunch traffic.
