“I've always had a good experience at this post office. The worker is very helpful, especially if you are kind. It costs nothing to be polite to service workers–just a reminder!”
“I have had nothing but pleasant experiences and great service from this office. All the workers are friendly, courteous and helpful and helped to solve any problems or answer any questions I've had. Government jobs are often very stressful and especially in recent climate. Show kindness and you'll get kindness.”
“This is the best post office around. They are always so friendly, quick, and accommodating. I go out of my way to come to this USPS and have been using their services for years. It is clear management cares here! Customer service is treated as a priority.”

“They have always been attentive to my son an I. We have gotten a po box an now get our packages threw this office so they are not stollen. They know us and start getting our packages together before we even get our yellow card up to the counter if they are not with other customers. Some of our packages are odd like the 10' roll of paper i needed for my studio and they never gave us a hard time over it. Everyone I have met at the counter has always been very kind to us. I have seen customers actingout, it's not the best neighborhood, but yet when we get to the counter afterward they are still very friendly despite their previous encounter. I have renewed my box and am happy to keep using this location.”
“Always professional and putting people first. This location reminds me of a good old rural post office where your politeness to them is rewarded in kindness and a welcoming environment. In this instant gratification world, this is a nice place to pause and get back to connecting.
If in a hurry and want to just execute your mailing tasks, please get acquainted with the USPS website. You’ll find it will help you get in and out of the post office quickly and just give them a wave! ?”

“Larry was so kind, above and beyond addressing my missing mail concern. Turns out my property managers negligence is to blame, however Larry is seeing to it that my mail is received being that I am quarantined”
“A young lady named Rey helped me yesterday. It was packed in the post office and when I tell you I observed Rey smile at every customer she greeted I mean every customer! It was beautiful! There were 2 people working and they both were doing a good job of customer service. I like going to this branch because there’s always plenty of parking.”
“4515 Allison St. I really like this post office. The only downside is some of the customers take forever to get a request completed. The lady employee I've seen twice now is extremely professional and knowledgeable about her job! Made it easier for me! Thanks USPS for helping our things reach their destinations!”

“I love going to this post office. It is closest to my house and hardly ever busy. They do close for lunch, but it is a small post office. Thank you to all our postal workers.”
“Usually, the Hyde Park post office is great with helpful, friendly people. Sometimes they're really understaffed, though, and the wait can be 15+ minutes, especially during the holidays. Often hard to guess if a trip there is going to take 3 minutes or 20 minutes.”
“I come here to do all of my USPS errands. The people who work at this branch of the USPS are extremely friendly and willing to help. They have even let me use their packaging tape on occasion, no charge. I don't think this office deserves the low rating it has, as my experience here has always been overwhelmingly positive.”
“Every time I have stopped by this location the workers were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It's usually not very busy so its quick to get in and out of. Best experience I have had at any Cincinnati Post Office.
On a personal note, I also love the location.”
“Today was my first time sending a package, and I made a mistake.
One of the male employees was incredibly helpful — he patiently explained what I needed to do and guided me through the process. He was very polite, attentive, and kind. I truly appreciated his support and willingness to help.
The world needs more kind and helpful people like him. Thank you for the great customer service!”
“This is the best USPS I've ever gone to. From the minute i walked in the door the staff was accommodating, personable, and helpful. Since Millenials don't mail things, it was nice to be guided through the process of sending a package to a friend with such an easiness. Long live the USPS”

“Clean location on a quiet street with ample parking located conveniently a couple blocks from Victory Parkway and McMillan. The staff were friendly and helpful (shoutout to Robyn for her excellent service). This location makes shipping packages a breeze. Miles better than the Hyde Park branch.”

“I came into verify my identity as part of a change of address request. Felicia was able to get me sorted and took the opportunity to bring another employee up to speed on the process without taking any extra time.”
“I can't say enough about my awesome experience at this Post Office!!! I live in Hamilton Ohio and work in St Bernard. Our local post office in Hamilton is the absolute worst in every way possible. The customer service I received here at St Bernard is awesome the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Very clean and maintained!!!”
“This is a great location and great staff. The only post office I recommend going to. The staff is super friendly and will do whatever they can to help, specifically Amy and Ted. They are both super friendly and made my shipping process easy!”

“When I visited this location, it was incredibly busy. We had to sign in and wait. However, the clerks seemed to keep things in pretty good order despite the wait. Since I had everything filled out with photo taken in advance, once my name was called, the process went fast and smoothly. The clerks were polite and seemed to be in a good mood despite the crowd of people. All things considered, they did a great job.”

“Went here to mail a package and the man who helped me was one of the most friendly people I have ever met. The line moved quickly and it was a pleasant experience.”
“For unloading (~1 hour unloading):
- you need to disconnect the trailer
- park where the bobtails are
- hand over the keys to the truck
- wait for them to call
(You can sleep in the back parking lot at night)”
“Every single employee at the desk is fantastic. I never have any issues and they are always so kind! I drop off up to 50 packages at a time and they never give me any rudeness about it! I drive the extra couple of minutes to go to this one over the one on Werk Road just for the customer service! Thank you guys for doing what you do!”
“I really like this postal worker who works the Clifton area her name is Ms.Ladonna she is simply the best worker in the Clifton area she goes above and beyond when delivering mail with her delivering mail to my building I no I will get my mail.Other postal workers in the past just leave your mail &packages on top of mailbox. But Ms.Ladonna doesn't do that with her you get your mail and packages and I no for a fact she is loved and respected by people in Clifton area and that's why she's not only my favorite mail lady but every one in my building and Clifton area. Your the best Ms.Ladonna keep up the Excellent service you give to the Community?”
“This location has some wonderful employees. Bee knows me by name and is always friendly and efficient. The employees apologize if you have to wait, and do their best to help all the customers.”
“I almost canceled my trip to the post office because of such bad reviews, but in reality, I’m giving it a solid four stars. A good office, three employees on a Saturday afternoon.
The lady who was helping me got confused with the addresses, and it took her about 20-30 minutes to enter them into the system. The addresses were a bit complicated (UK boroughs)
, but she was very helpful, patient, and nice.
Honestly, all these USPS offices have long needed a tech upgrade so you could just take a picture of the address, and it would appear in their system. The process takes too long when one person writes it down, and another enters it into the system later.
But the office and the staff were pleasant and helpful.”
“Maria was amazing and very funny! My wife and I were getting finger printed, but the machine was being very stubborn with reading my wife’s prints. Maria got a nail-filer and tape, then proceeded to clean/scrape my wife’s fingers to help get a better read… and it worked!! Thanks for your help, Maria :)”
