This is the best USPS I've ever gone to. From the minute i walked in the door the staff was accommodating, personable, and helpful. Since Millenials don't mail things, it was nice to be guided through the process of sending a package to a friend with such an easiness. Long live the USPS

Impossible to get a human on the phone. Added a required signature to my 5$ package and now I have to return to amazon because I cant take off work to sit and wait to sign, ridiculous. What the hell is going on in this place????

Not easily found unless you know where it is. Find the Huntington Bank entrance across Fountain Square and go to second level. Good news is that it is not very busy most mornings. On the skywalk path.
