Curtis was the most helpful today with my shipping experience. I was very frazzled and did not have anything organized the way I should, but he was super kind in working with me to get everything situated. Very nice and willing to answer questions.

Brought in a super heavy window unit to return to Amazon and Curtis was so quick and helpful! Wasn’t even phased with how heavy it was lol the quick parking spots were very convenient
