The white lady up front to ship packages unprofessional has a attitude and doesn’t smile did not appreciate that at all told me to buy some tape. She didn’t want to tape my package.

Only 1 large bin outside for dropoff mail and it's always stuffed full. Could it be emptied more often or another put in?
