Always friendly staff, but you can always have a bad interaction with USPS, no matter the location.

Every time I have stopped by this location the workers were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It's usually not very busy so its quick to get in and out of. Best experience I have had at any Cincinnati Post Office.
On a personal note, I also love the location.
