Deven was a great help, he not only solved my issues but he went above and beyond to make sure I was fully taken care. He was Very professional, very effective and I was very pleased with his help. I would recommend this store location to all my spectrum users and all my AKA sisters!! =)

I've seen 3 other workers walk into the back with a lobby full of customers to help. One lady has been the only one helping anyone. Feel bad for her at least she's doing her job. What are the other 3 getting paid for? Waiting for over a hour. Bad customer service.
