“In July I purchased a beautiful, leaded glass, art-deco transom window for my new home addition. Lawrence & Sally were delightful to work with. They were very patient with us as we made multiple visits to the store owing to the fact that we couldn't make up our minds. Once we decided on the window we wanted, Lawrence & Sally were very helpful. I feel the pricing was fair and, frankly, the superb customer service was a welcome change from recent shopping experiences other places. I highly recommend shopping with Artisan Antiques and Jewelry.I was waiting to write this review because I wanted to include a picture of my purchase after it was installed in my house; however, construction is taking longer than expected and so our purchase is not yet installed. Hopefully I will soon be able to add a photo to my review.”
“I was reminded several times as to the date of my delivery. they arrived earlier than expected, but were 2 nice young men who were very personable. they were careful bringing my couch in and placed exactly where I wanted it! “I went to see Zach with the hope he could lead me to a craftsman who did much less magnificent work than Chagrin Valley. I took my daughter's sweet little 2-tiered heart shaped table and explained that with my health issues I needed a larger 3-tiered table to be able to reach meds, Yeti, tissues, light, phone, etc. He smiled and said "we can do it...maybe 3 weeks". I cried; I had been looking for so long. My daughter's table was like she was with me after moving to Georgia, though we do talk daily. I picked the finished table up and cried again. It is beautiful. I am very appreciative and extremely grateful. Mommy and daughter together again.

“All the good reviews about Eugene are spot on. I bought 3-unit house near the shop and one of the apartments didn't have appliances. I stopped in and they helped me find appliances that would fit the small apartment without any sales pressure or haggling. The delivery experience was also great - one price no matter how many items are being delivered to the same address. They called when they said they would and delivered exactly within the 1 hour window I was given.”

“my husband and i went to cleveland furniture in parma and bought a beautiful flex steel sofa recliner. the only thing we were happier with than our sofa was our delivery team a big thank you to larry and devin for doing their job and going above anything i could have asked for! there kind and took there time setting it up, and showing us what we needed to know, and made sure if we had any questions or concerns, that they were answered before they left. i can't say enough about these two wonderful men !!!”

As someone who owns and rehabs old houses, it’s a cool place to shop (or just browse some of the classiest and also weirdest stuff from the past).But, I also tend to have a lot of cool stuff that I’ve removed from houses but had no use for. I brought a bunch of stuff down ( you need to have an appointment first) and the ladies were awesome at inventorying and pricing it and it’s been selling WAY faster and with less hassle to me when I’ve used Craig’s, marketplace, etc.”
