“Wow a modern day dry cleaner! I was simply looking for a neighborhood dry cleaner but I was really surprised that the user experience was completely automated. Although there was someone there, No person contact is necessary. Simply Walk up to machine, enter your info on the screen, deposit your clothes. You'll receive a text message when ready. Upon pickup, enter your ph number and tap your cc, it displays your items and retrieves your clothes. I was in and out in minutes. I never seen anything like this before but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that technology has reached and is impacting every industry. Nonetheless I was very impressed by how fast and efficient it was here.”
“Even though I get messed with for wearing my Steelers gear. This establishment has great customer service and it’s always super clean. We literally have a washer and dryer in our building but it’s trash so i go out my way to come down here.”
“Staff very kind and helpful. I had runners ( rugs ) They instructed and helped me with which machine to use and what settings and how to load them in the washer. I forgot my detergent they helped with that too. I noticed that a lot of seniors use their service .

“First time visiting Aurora Road Laundromat and I’m definitely coming back. The place is sparkling clean, machines take laundry cards (which you can buy at a kiosk with cc). And there are different weight load capacities so you don’t need to use multiple machines. I brought my son and felt very safe here.”

“My niece needed last minute alterations for her prom dress and it was a blessing to find this lovely shop. Not only were we met with kindness, professionalism, and the availability to be seen but our expectations were exceeded. Such a kind soul and I would recommend for anyone who needs alterations to try this shop. My niece prom dress now fits beautifully and the turnaround time was so quick with it being a busy prom season. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. The owner was so sweet to my family making the experience such a pleasure. I will definitely be a return customer for any and all alterations. “First time here and the assistant is very nice and helpful. She has a very cheerful attitude and I like that. It’s kind of late so it’s not really crowded, which is also a plus cause I can get in and out. 3lb washer are $5.25 and the 2lbs are $4.25. You get 20 minutes free on the dryer side depending on how much you spend and how many loads if you get the loyalty card. Card doesn’t cost anything extra, you just load however much money you want on it.”

“I don't have much of a need to make use of a laundromat, and the few times I have were in places with uninteresting rows of machines that look like they've rolled off the truck and designed to never see a employee. Perfectly functional and nothing more.
I'm out of town for an extended time and ran out of my clothes expecting more of the same. But this place is oddly reassuringly for being far past it's golden days with walls and surfaces covered in decorative nicknacks, informal office chairs and a recliner if you want to be closer to your clothes, carts and machines showing their age but still powering through years of use and abuse with only a few out of service. Operated by a nice, talkive old guy and quiet lady with reasonable prices on the machines and soaps.
It was a nice atmosphere to sit down a while and finish some busy work, and I'd visit again if I needed if I were in Cleveland again and recommend it if someone happened to be there.”
