“This is my first year living at Terminal Tower, and it’s been a great experience overall. The staff has been consistently responsive, friendly, and helpful (shout-out to Scott, the property manager). The apartments feel genuinely luxurious, with spacious bathrooms, high-end in-unit washer/dryers, central heating and cooling, and covered parking. The staff also does an amazing job keeping the place spotless.

The building also has one of the best apartment gyms I’ve seen, with a wide range of machines and cardio equipment that can accommodate almost any workout. There’s also a rooftop lounge with excellent views of Cleveland, plus a high-quality coffee machine that’s replaced my daily K-cups.

One of the biggest perks is the convenience of living downtown. It really does feel like you’re in the center of everything, with easy access to the Flats, Tremont, Ohio City, and East 4th Street. There’s even an underground tunnel connecting the building to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, Progressive Field, and Tower City.

While you might expect the apartments to be expensive, they’re actually priced competitively, and UH employees can receive a discount. Overall, I’d highly recommend K&D and living at Terminal Tower.”

“I couldn’t say enough about how I was treated at One. Iesha,Latonya and Aumeen the front desk personnel. Treated my co-worker Steve and I with nothing but class. Truly grateful for your smiles and charisma. We all know we all have bad days,But the four days I was there. They were always smiling and taking care of everyone’s needs first. “Diana, the property manager, is always so sweet and helpful! Although there has been some problems with the elevators and doors this past year, I can tell they are trying to fix things as best as possible. Having Diana definitely made living at the Garfield a lot better!”

“I have absolutely LOVED my experience living at The Bingham Apartments, and I can not say enough about how wonderful the management, maintenance team, and hosts are (specifically: Tina, John, Blair, LoriAnn, Alora, Brittany, Robert and Roy).

From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, valued and heard as a resident. The management staff does go above & beyond to ensure every resident feels comfortable and welcome. They are always friendly, professional, & quick to respond to any question or concern. They follow up within 24 hours to be sure all requests or concerns were appropriately handled. Without a doubt anyone living here can tell and attest they genuinely care about creating a positive community atmosphere and keeping everything running smoothly.

The maintenance team deserves a special shout-out as well — they are simply outstanding. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a smile. Whether it’s a quick repair or routine upkeep, they’re reliable and respectful of your space. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and do everything possible to keep the property in top shape.

What really stands out about The Bingham is the overall hospitality. The hosts are warm and attentive, making everyone feel like part of a close-knit community. They put real effort into making residents feel comfortable and appreciated, often organizing the best way to receive packages, always greeting you with kindness and empathy. It’s rare to find such genuine, hands-on hospitality in an apartment complex, and it makes all the difference here.

The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of character, but what truly makes The Bingham shine is the people who run it. It’s more than just a place to live — it’s a place where you feel supported, respected, and TRULY at HOME. I CAN NOT imagine a better experience and would HIGHLY recommend The Bingham Apartments to anyone looking for quality, quiet, and affordable living with an exceptional team behind it. “I have lived at Crittenden Court for 3 years now. The price and location are GREAT. When I first moved in, the management of the building was my biggest frustration.Packages were constantly not being delivered (or even getting stolen). Maintenance requests were not actively being managed/fulfilled.Within the last year, a new management company has taken over and the problems above have been addressed. Zach in the Leasing Office does an excellent job making sure the building runs properly and all problems are resolved quickly! I recommend Crittenden Court Apartments for those looking for an affordable place downtown CLE!”

“A great place to stay. I just needed a short term lease for a travel nurse contract. They were able to accommodate that with a fully furnished apartment. And they also accepted my 2 dogs. There’s a small fenced in area for them to go to the bathroom, a dog wash station, and someone is available to let them out if I get stuck at work. There is a gym in the building, multiple other areas to sit and relax and a few restaurants attached to the building. Everyone was friendly and helpful and traveling as a single woman I felt very safe there.”

“I’ve lived at Bridgeview for almost five years, and as a big fan of downtown Cleveland, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! The building has the coolest layouts, flexible pricing, and fun amenities, so it’s easy to find something that fits your vibe and budget. Jacey, one of the leasing agents, is amazing! She truly loves Cleveland and genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect place. The concierges are always friendly and make me feel safe coming home late, and the maintenance team is super quick with any fixes. I’ve had such a great experience here!”

“I lived in Uptown North for 2 years. Sure it may have some issues, but the management makes up for it. Carrie was an amazing property manager who was always available to help us with whatever we needed, so overall it was a great experience. Ratings are lower for Uptown compared to other apartments because they don't solicit fake reviews.”

“Tinnerman is a great apartment complex! It’s beautiful and has huge windows and a lovely outdoor space. Also has good parking both in surface lot and in a garage. Maintenance is super nice and very responsive to requests. There can be some Ohio city traffic noise, but it’s worth it to live in Ohio city in such a cute neighborhood within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants.”

“I wanted to be placed on a wait list and expected a usual routine of coming for an appointment, answering questions and filling an application by hand. But I was pleasantly surprised. On K&D website I was able to do everything online, uploaded a photo of my drivers license and pdf of my bank statement, both filled in and signed the application electronically, from the comfort of my home. It took about half an hour or so. Didn't tour an apartment yet but I have lived in K&D owned apartments before and I know for a fact that they take care of their apartment buildings. Beats me why everybody else will have you do all this in person. C'mon now, it's the 21st century, after all. Kudos to K&D! I totally enjoyed the procress of filling in an application online.”

“Mark, the backbone, of the complex, is an amazingly wonderful person. This man is the main reason for the 5 star review. I've been here since 2019 with the highs and lows. The last year and a half has been a 5 vs 2. The new management and employees are amazingly nice and super capable. It's sad to leave and now this place has amazingly good people. At this moment with these people I can say your in good hands. And Mark Oreo will miss you.”

“I lived here for two years and while there were a few bumps in the road when I first moved in I can confidently say it was a great place to live. My apartment was extremely spacious, maintenance and leasing managers would handle issues quickly and it is in a great location: 20 mins to downtown and a mile from Little Italy. Moving out was a breeze and I will miss this location! My only complaint was the trash bins, they often overflowed and some residents seemed to leave their trash on the fire escape regularly which is a hazard should an emergency occur but overall a great apartment for 2 years.”

“It's a nice place to live for stomping ground like for first appartment but the area is busy it's alot of children that run through the place everyday on the regular but everybody is nice and not rude so far.!”

“I live at the Edison in Cleveland and moved here just about 3 weeks ago. The attentiveness of the staff and response time is remarkable. This is my third apartment complex I’ve lived in and also third rental company and this is by far the best. I’ve had amazing experiences with Veronica Albino in particular. The move in process was effortless with her and she is always helpful with any and every question I ask her. Thank you Veronica and thank you NRP Group for being so amazing!”
