“Beat Cycles is the best bike shop in the area - no shade to any of the other great bike shops in the Cleveland area but Beat is the best, in my opinion. The staff who work there are passionate about bikes and will help you with anything you need without feeling pressured or out of place. Their prices and turn-around times are very reasonable and they are always transparent about costs, inventory, time for repairs/tune-ups, etc. They are also steadfast supporters of the local bike community and sponsor bicycle advocacy and events. Not to mention, they are just kind and nice people, you always feel welcome there.”
“I absolutely destroyed the gear keeping my chain happy and THIS MIRACLE WORKER did his magic same unexpected day. (Meaning I dropped off my broken bike and he fixed it within the same day!!) Hard working and deserved of any business given his way. He’s a good Lakewood neighbor always saying hi to others and good people = good business.
