“They were super friendly, and I don't think that I have ever had such a good quality mocha in as little time as it took them to make it. The atmosphere was cozy, and the drinks were very inexpensive. Definitely a place worth supporting!”

“Amazing academic focused private school, professors are extremely supportive and push you toward sufficiently completing your program. I found that I was more than prepared for graduate school, and incredibly grateful for the required research & statistics classes built into the curriculum to obtain a BA in Psych. Not know as a party school, but here you will find a tight knit community especially amongst peers in your same field of study. Great place to be if you're taking your academia seriously, if not don't waste your time. This school also has lots of scholarships and gracious donors, so don't let the tuition be a deterrent. Go for it!”
“I had ordered flowers for my sister-in-law based on a bouquet advertised online. I was disappointed that delivery was quite different than the arrangement online, BUT as soon as I let them know, Paula, GM took it upon herself to get a new bouquet delivered. I have not visited the shop in person, but great customer service. I had not asked for a new bouquet, but Paula went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.”

“Great inventory from apparel to daily school suppies. They could have better selection of CWRU apparel, especially name brands like Nike and UA. I also like low profile Nike hats, and it's hard to find any low profile hats here. Otherwise good selection and 10% off for CWRU employees (not valid for students).”
“I had to leave a review just because of Tracy. (Hope I spell it right) Such a sweet lady and went above above and beyond. You can just tell she truly enjoys helping people. Helping the customer before with questions about the area. Which I'm sure she's been asked a million times. Then helping me with finding energy drinks at that. She did all this happily and truly showed she cared. With such a lack of customer service in the world I had to make sure this lovely lady was noticed. Thank you Tracy!”

“Staff very professional and willing to help. Campus beautiful, and parking lot security was visible. Grounds clean. I felt safe and welcomed. Visited counseling, placement assessment, and the enrollment center. I stopped and made an inquiry at an information desk and was pleased that the agent was pleasant, helpful and patient.”

“Room upon room, Loganberry Books is packed! If you’re looking for older books, newer books, kids, adults, anything in between, you’ll likely find it here. I appreciated that spaces were organized and labeled, and there were so many spaces to sit. (Truly appreciated as I cannot stand for long intervals, and I needed breaks to get through it all.) The overall space was welcoming, staff was friendly throughout. We had a great time visiting, and even earned our first reward coupon in one visit.”
