About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental receives mixed reviews. Experiences range from terrific to problematic. The check-in process is often quick, with friendly and helpful staff noted. However, other customers find service upon check-in just okay or not very friendly. The condition of rental cars is inconsistent. Some customers receive nice new vehicles or unexpected upgrades, while others report cars that are beat up, have unclean windshields, cracks, or low fuel. The drop-off and return process also varies, with excellent service mentioned alongside reports of rude staff. Many choose Budget for having the best price, despite occasional issues with car availability and condition.
