About DGX
DGX, located in Cleveland, serves as a neighborhood general store that offers convenience and affordability with a selection of over 15,000 items. Customers can find a variety of products, including food, snacks, health and beauty aids, and household supplies from trusted brands, as well as Dollar General's private labels. The store is particularly appreciated for its availability of unique items like nickel donuts. However, it's noted that access to the store is currently limited due to damage at the front entrance, requiring customers to use the back entrance in the Reserve Square lobby. While the store is smaller than regular Dollar General locations and may have a limited selection, it is deemed convenient for those in the downtown area. Customers have commented on the store's staff, noting they face challenges but generally provide acceptable service. Despite occasional early closures due to staffing issues and incidents, DGX remains a go-to spot for quick shopping needs.
