“OK I only gave them a 5 star because they sell books . I DON'T NO OF ANY OTHER STORE THAT SELLS BOOKS IN PERSON ANYMORE . Only online can you get a book . They are practically non existent . Anyhow the store is a DISASTER MESS . There is no organization ,I've seen flea markets better organized . Everything is just thrown anywhere throughout the store. There's sections I guess but what a mess . They need more staff , let's face it all these places are all understaffed ,underpaid and miss managed . Workers frustrated because there set up to fail. Enough said ,go there and buy a book before they no longer exist like pennies.”
“Couldn’t recommend Joe and the team at Carpet Warehouse more! Joe promptly came out to measure and provided a very reasonable quote. After selecting the carpet I wanted, it took less than two weeks to have everything installed in my house. The entire process was quick and easy, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. “Great customer service. I was in town for a meeting (8/14 around 9am) and stopped at this location looking for some quick earrings. Because I totally forgot mine. It was a women on duty who was so kind. She literally went above and beyond even offering her earrings she had on. This was such a heart warming experience. Even her stopping what she was doing to show me what they had available in store because it looked as if she was the only one working. I did not catch her name but I wish many blessings on her...”

The staff here deserve instant sainthood. Seriously — if there’s a heaven fast-pass, these folks are first in line. They deal with nonstop chaos, restock faster than a TikTok trend, and somehow keep smiling through it all.
Every holiday shows up here two months early (Halloween in August? Yup.) and still manages to sell out. It’s my go-to for balloons, cards, wrapping paper, and random gifts that make me look like I have Bezos money on a thrift-store budget.
Massive parking lot, endless seasonal deals, and that chaotic charm we all secretly love. If retail purgatory exists, this team turned it into paradise. ??”
“The prices are still better than most other grocery stores. The brands are not all big names so tastes and qualities will be different if thats what your used to. There is a good selections of produce, dairy, meat products. Its a good alternative in prices.”

“I haven't been to a save a lot in years but let me tell you something I was completely blown away with the selection of meat and fresh produce, can goods and staples, also personal items and over the counter meds & cold supplies, I will absolutely switch my current location at Giant eagle which doesn't compare at all with SOL meats my last trip at GE hardly had any meats out for sale and it was the first day of their weekly ad so goodbye Giant eagle and hello I'm your new customer Save a lot”

“Literally the best Dollar Tree you will find. They always have everything I need stocked and the employees couldn’t be nicer. Seriously the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. I don’t know their names but I know they worked the closing shift on 8/12/2026 (they deserve raises). My card was declining and they were literally closed (worse nightmare for me) and they were so patient and kind to me. Being 8 months pregnant, this means a lot to me. Many of these stores have the rudest people alive working for them. I couldn’t be more grateful to have this store so close to home. Will never go to another one over this one. I also appreciate that they close down at 10 PM (when they are supposed to close). The other close Dollar Tree in Ridge Park Square starts locking their doors and kicking people out at 930 PM saying they “close in 5 minutes”.”
“This is the cleanest Sav a Lot I have ever seen. Fully stocked. Bonus is The Superior Deli inside with big hot food bar. Blackberry cobbler, peach cobbler, cherry cobbler all delicious. Ribs, chicken fish, meatloaf and more. A wid array of side dishes. The white Mac and cheese is very good. Love this store!”

“I love this location for the employees that work there! They are always so friendly when I walk in and check out. I've never been to a dollar store that isn't chaos with shipment and unorganized shelves. But i've also never been to a dollar store where there's not an employee trying to make time to organize or unload the shipment. Appreciate your guys' hard work”

“Love the staff. Beautifully managed store. The new management is running a tight ship. Clean and well stocked. Not afraid to introduce new products. I had to tell the last manager that he was out of his element on his first day there. He only lasted a few months after that. He never left his hood mentality behind. He was never ready for prime time.”

“This store is always clean and well organized. Whomever the manager is of this store - I take my hat off to him/her. The have better customer service than most of the Sav-A-Lot stores that I've visited and this store is much cleaner and the lighting is perfect. They have a good selection of groceries too.”

They don’t push people out near closing like most locations employees do. This DG also has a nice produce little section! Most locations DO NOT HAVE THIS. “I shop at this Family Dollar regularly. Todays visit was the second time this week. The first time this week that I visited they had no candles (I buy several plain white candles each time I visit) but it was refilled by my visit today. They usually have what I am looking for. Sometimes the workers speak when I enter the store, sometimes they don't. It's clean and organized. What more can I ask for?”

“I needed a lighter to lite my candles. I remembered seeing lighters at the entrance of the store and sometimes in the paper aisle on numerous occasions. I entered the store today and NO lighters!!! I asked the cashier and she stated that they still had them because she sold one earlier and to check in the paper aisle. I went back couldn’t find it and returned to the cashier. She wasn’t there ( I assumed she had went on break) .She reappeared with a smile and told me where they were located. ? I’m today’s time where customer service is nonexistent I would like to give kudos to Ms. Chamiah . I very much appreciate her!!!!”

“They are working on coming back. You can tell they have significantly reduced the number of items they carry in inventory, even in the holiday decor area, Big Lots used to carry so much more decor for Halloween and Christmas.
They still carry staples like shampoo, conditioner and body wash at great prices and they carry a lot more clothing than the old Big Lots used to carry.
I am hoping that the longer they are open the more their inventory will grow.”
