The staff was great. I was in and out with my rental in under 10 minutes. Also when I returned the vehicle, it was a quick and efficient process. Definitely will rent again

Employees easy to work with
2024 update: made a reservation but ended up not be able to make it--but I forgot to cancel reservation. Staff were very kind to call me to check in and were very respectful when I told them that I didn't need the reservation. Thank you! Will use when I come back to Cleveland next.

The staff was very professional and went above and beyond helping me get back on the road I highly recommend enterprise especially the 1802 superior branch thank you guys and I will definitely recommend family and friends
