Rented a 2 week car. The staff was very curious and helpful. Took a few days to get payment settled, but this was not a negative on their part.

I have rented a car twice from Enterprise Cleveland airport. Both times I picked the same car. Extremely professional staff. They made the whole process really easy. It's very frustrating when you are traveling and any extra help is always appreciated which they provided.
