Black woman employee was rude and insisted that I place the cash in her hand. Date November 28, 2025 at 8:30 pm. She insulted me and continued with the negative rude comments as I left the store. Rockside road garfield heights. Very unprofessional and seemed an angry racist .

Very inconsistent store hours… one morning it’s open.. next morning it isn’t… very annoying while trying to rely on them being open…

Whenever you try and cash lottery tickets they never seem to have the money. You can buy the ticket, but not cash them in. The staff is not very friendly either.
