“Trusting, kind and friendly people. The whole time my dealer was telling me I needed synthetic oil. Finally decided to come here to see how much an oil change would be outside of a dealer and Yorktown brought to my attention, I could do conventional oil for my car. Saved me some money! They got that done with my tire rotation in an hour. Walked over to their attached gas station while they worked on my car and got their delicious fried chicken which was affordable, unlike everywhere else! Will be coming back for all my car needs, gas and CHICKEN LOL”

“We’ve been going to Zelleys for several years. Frank has always been very honest and upfront about what needs to be fixed vs. what doesn’t and he has sent us to other places if he feels they can charge less than he can to get something fixed. Up until recently, I was driving a very old car and Zelley’s kept it running longer than it probably would have! We’re grateful!”

“Could this place be any busier? The price is great assuming you have a Costco membership, so that's a nice bonus, but be prepared to wait in line as it's always packed.”

“I have known Danny (the owner/mechanic) since before I had my own car. My sister Trudy who was 17 years older than me was referred to him by a co-worker many many moons ago. There’s not a better man in this occupation or for that matter, in general. Whatever you need done, he can do and if he can’t do it, he’ll tell you who to go to. I am now 64 years old and have had my own car since I was 18. I trust Danny hands down. If you’re in need of a great mechanic and and all around nice guy, stop up and talk to him about what your car/truck issues are. He’s the guy to go to.”

“The owner Zee is fair, polite & genuine & prices are good. He doesn't squeeze every $$ he can he fixes what's wrong & doesn't pressure you for more. 4 generations of my family go there & have for years before he became owner & just worked there. Im talking 30+ years followed from old to new location years ago. HIGHLY RECOMEND for ALL car repair needs.”

“I didn't actually go into the Sunoco. The bus stop happens to be across the street from it. But I have been in this Sunoco before the COVID lockdown. Two different times I went in and the gentleman behind the counter was very rude and treated me like an idiot. Therefore I never have gone back. It actually is not a bad gas station and the store is very well stocked. And tonight I went back because I needed a quick bite. The staff had definitely changed as there was two very nice gentlemen and the food was tasty. I'm glad that they have changed things. But two star to a four star is quite a jump.”

“They had the cheapest prices in the area I was visiting, it's probably why it was a mad house when I arrived. Every pump was busy, I was jockeying around to position for my right-side filling. Oddly, by time I got my receipt (inside, my pump's printer was jammed), all but my car was gone... Timing?”
1712 E 55th St, Cleveland OH 44103
“Stopped here for the good price on gas. Card readers at pumps and registers were down, they couldn't even take cash. Absolute chaos inside but everyone including other customers were friendly. Employee said systems would be back up in 2 minutes and would allow me to pay at pump. So I went outside and 5 mins later system was back up and I got my gas. Appreciate that they correctly signaled the delay. Pump handles and interfaces were clean. You have my business!”

The store was clean and organized, and the staff was nice as well.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
