“Having a Sam's membership already saves me plenty of money on groceries, So getting my gas here is an added bonus, it was 30 cents per gallon cheaper than all of the other gas stations in the area. My MPG's are just as good with this gas as any other gas stations gas.”

“Large warehouse stock with numerous items. There are plenty of good deals on some food items, while others are pricier than the regular grocery store. Household items are the same. I used to think all items were cheaper if purchased in bulk, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Know your prices before shopping as there are some good deals. The store is always clean and efficient.”

“I'll actually say Yes and No. I've been shopping at Sam's Club for my Sons Birthday Cakes for years. Today, I went to get a Cake I ordered for my Moms Birthday and they really tried not to let Me in because it was before 10am. Apparently You have to have a higher membership to shop before 10am, I NEVER knew this. So, the Older Woman at the door was Horribly rude, when I asked for a Supervisor, She said She wouldn't call one. I went past Her, got to a Lady in Customer Service”
“My first time at Sam's Club Optical for an eye exam and glasses was great!! Greeted right away, given eye testing even before seeing the optometrist!! My time in the Dr's office where the major eye exam was done, was relaxed, testing was thorough and all questions answered. After, the staff help me pick out my new glasses and they were ready in a week. Love my new glasses and happy to see clearly again!! Many thanks to the Dr. and staff at Sam's Optical Department!!”
“I typically only go to Costco for a few things I love.Coffee~Kirtland k cups, the seasonal pumpkin pie, cheesecake, Pho, roasted chicken, turkey pot pie.Today the cheesecake looked odd. Like it wasn't finished. Also almost everyone had an earth quake crack on top. Please don't ruin this beautiful, tasty bargain. It's one reason I got a membership. It has always been a crowd pleaser.Also the burgers in meat department no longer taste as good. I don't buy them anymore for that reason.Giving up letting us use Discover after mid November 2023 is also a big disappointment.Ok I'm done.”
“This is a very good, but typical Costco. Everything is clean and fully stocked and the staff is always on top of it. Sometimes, the produce does have mold and/or is wilted which is sad to see. The food court is a bit of mess as they never seem to be adequately staffed for the amount of people who crave that $1.50 hot dog combo, which is turn, creates a mob of people always swarming around the dining tables. Additionally, while I've always liked their strawberry sundaes, their fruit smoothie was a bit too watery.”

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses on a Tuesday night right before closing and got a message on Friday night they were in! Second pair was $50 off the already low prices- truly cannot be beat! This is my second time ordering glasses through Costco and I could not be happier with both experiences!”
“I see some of these reviews and I see some folks who have access to the Internet, but don't bother to use it in dealing with the pharmacy. Using Costco's pharmacy is very simple. No, it's not the typical drop-it-off-and-wait scenario. They do tons of business for the simple reason they offer the best prices in the area. For those who have to get refills, I learned that lesson early. Ultimately, YOU are responsible for knowing when you need your medication and when to get it refilled. Set up an online pharmacy account, track what you need. You are allowed to order refills within a week of their actual dispense date. Do that and the prescription will be ready when you need to pick it up. This isn't the '70, '80s, '90s or aughts any longer. I have NEVER had a problem when doing this and the service has always been stellar.”

“Incredible service. I ordered 2 tires which Costco happened to have in stock. I set up an appointment 10 days in advance as that was the estimated shipping time. I called the service center to see if they could get me in sooner because they were in stock they got me in THAT DAY!”
