The storefront was clean, bright, and well-organized with all the latest devices on display, making it easy to see what options they had available. The representative who helped me was very polite and handled the activation process smoothly, getting my phone hooked up to the network in just a few minutes without trying to aggressively upsell me on expensive accessories or insurance plans. My only minor complaint was that the store was a bit understaffed with only one employee working the floor, so a small line started to form behind me, but the staff member did a great job of staying focused and moving the process along as quickly as possible.”

“I originally had a lot of reservations that a cpap was going to work for me at all. Karen worked with me to find a mask that met my needs.
After the initial appointment the group continued to reach out to me because I was having troubles. A respiratory therapist named Phil reached out to me and helped me get my settings comfortable for me. Then I came back into the Florence office with Karen and she helped me get into a different mask that works great for me. I now have made cpap work for me and the team in place here is really the reason I was successful.”

“I received the best customer service I’ve experienced in years from an employee at the Western Hills location by the name of Tam. I ordered and paid for three rolling clothing racks but was notified via email that only two were available. When I tried to choose to have it mailed to me from the website, I was notified that option was not available. I called the store and had the good fortune to get Tam on the phone. He apologized for the inconvenience, went to the section of the store where the rack would have been in case it had been overlooked but was unsuccessful. He made EVERY possible attempt to help and I thanked him profusely for his efforts on my behalf. I don’t know what his position is there, but he deserves to be promoted. I don’t know how he is being compensated, but he deserves a raise. I will continue to shop at the Target on Glenway Avenue for as long as Tam is working there. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience and I hope management and corporate acknowledges his good work as well. KMB”
