“As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by Myron. I’ve never had someone greet me like that at this location. First impressions are everything. I’ve had staff not greet me and just let me stand here, with is bad customer service. He tried to help my family get devices, but there were some barriers. Things weren’t going as expected. Myron was not letting us leave the store without a smile on our faces. He went above and beyond for my family and I really appreciate that so much. His excellent customer service was top tier from the moment we walked in til we left. As long as Myron is working here, we will continue to be a customer!!!”

“Highly recommend this location Mike is very knowledgeable super informative and one of the most professional sales representatives we’ve every worked with he helped us bring our numbers from Verizon which was 6 lines and also helped us get 2 new phones and lines for our youngest daughters the price even with protection and their best unlimited plan is cheaper than what we were paying for 6 lines with Verizon if you are looking to make a switch you have to come visit Mike he will give you the best service of any provider out there and we will always come back to him for anything we need and we are already referring all of our family and friends to come see him!! Make this man a manager or director he is beyond terrific!! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars because he is terrific!!!!”

“I have never had a bad experience at this location. Carter is absolutely phenomenal! I needed to switch my line from my parent's over to my own and upgrade my phone as well. He was super accommodating and was very patient getting me set up. He was very transparent and told me all the details I needed to know, and helped me make an informed choice on my data plan. Verizon/Russell Cellular is very lucky to have Carter part of their team! This will always be the location I recommend to anyone I know looking for anything for their devices. “I was skeptical of this place because it was also a smoke shop but it has really good reviews so I decided to try it. Had a galaxy s23 ultra that had a cracked screen and a bit of touch issue because it was dropped in water. They didn't have the part the day we went in but they ordered the part, called us, and fixed it in the next hr. Not too pricey and the guys working there seemed to be pretty cool as well.”

While there I met Tip and Al both of them were the epitome of knowledgeable about the product, personable, and guided us in the correct direction in phone selection.
