“I love Kroger’s go there all the time they have a good selection of stuff and I understand the whole quote. This item cost this much, but if you are a rewards member, it only cost this much“ idea because that’s just marketing. I also enjoy the fuel points arm and there again you know the gas is a little higher but you have these fuel points because you’re a valued customer let you know that makes sense and that makes people feel good, so anyway yeah I love Kroger’s”

“The store is well clean. Im able to find what im looking for , plus what I wasn't lol.The employees are wonderful and sweet. The u-scan is down has been for awhile. I don't mind though. I love talking with the cashier as they ring my things up. Other than that I have never had a problem.”

“I have been shopping at this Kroger location for over 20 years. I gotta say, it feels like a second home. I’ve come to know much of the staff (who are wonderful) and although it is a smaller or average size store compared to the huge Marketplace locations that have popped up in the surrounding area, you cannot beat the comfort level of it not being crazy busy where the checkout lines are so long that they extend down the drink and clothing section aisles (which was my experience yesterday at the Kroger Marketplace located in Dent, Ohio on Harrison Avenue. I ran in to grab Gatorade and milk and waited 12 minutes JUST IN THE SELF CHECKOUT LINES!!).
The only major drawback about our little Cleves Kroger is that at times (especially with regard to Digital deal items), is that they often run out of that sale item very quickly and it does not get replaced in a timely manner for everyone to be able to benefit from sale items. Obviously, this is positive feedback for the stores managers to look into and work on. The availability of the product to be brought out as well as do they even have more in the back that can be stocked . Often, I have asked if there was more of a particular item in the back and the answer was no. So I would encourage management to look at their orders especially on digital deals so that there is a backup supply to be stocked on shelves once they empty. This is the only
reason I gave them four stars instead of five.”
