“This is probably the best DG in our area and you can tell they try to keep up with it. I have had nothing but good experiences in this store with staff. Always friendly and helpful. Yea, it's a mess in there at times but I have also witnessed some of y'all's kids in there tearing up the place. DGs everywhere are understaffed and overworked. It's not the staffs fault corporate sends them way too much stuff for such a tiny store.”

“Been around for along time. Good selection, and best place to get meat in town besides greens meat market. Some things are a little pricey but some of the things they have make up for it. Only place that sells mead and a cool selection of beers. Dragons milk stout is a good strong beer! And Modela Negra is great too.”

“The aisles are enough for 1 person and their cart. It would be hard to go around another person and their cart. Don't think it is possible. That's why I gave 4 stars. Otherwise store has most everything you need. Even toilet paper!”
“It's been a year and 9 months since the opening of this store. It is usually busy when I am there. Friends and neighbors in the area are happy we have a store so close. I am thankful Dollar General's Market Planning Department took time to analyze the information I sent in 2017 and opened a store in the North Star area. Prior to opening this store, the closest Dollar General stores were: St. Henry, Ohio - 9.1 miles away, Ansonia, Ohio - 10.4 miles away, Versailles, Ohio - 11.6 miles away, Celina, Ohio (5696 Us Rte 127) - 10.2 miles away, and Fort Recovery, Ohio - 14.3 miles away from current location. “It's wally world, what do you need to know? Sometimes fun, sometimes a hassle. They have most everything one needs in store, every once in awhile they are out(from my experience). Alot of stuff online you can have shipped to the store or home. Blah blah blah, we get it. I used to work there, and from experience, they should do more training in certain departments. But it's not really a major issue at all. I was young once too! I do wish they would get more martial arts stuff in store. More training stuff. Sometimes "cheapo" stuff works well, some not (Shin guards, head gear, flat pad training gloves, body padding ect, but I can get em elsewhere. Across the street, or Amazon.”

“Great little store. I stop by here every chance I get. One suggestion if I may. If you are going to charge extra for cold beer, it needs to be COLD. It is cool at best. Please lower your cooler temps a bit. Definitely not at a desirable drinking temperature. Thank you!!!”
