“Very odd for me to be reviewing a bank, but this specific location deserves it. The manager Becky and her staff went WELL out of their way when they absolutely did not have to. I was dealing with an issue that ended up having nothing to do with PNC, and she volunteered her time to help me work through it.”
“I have seen some negative reviews and this genuinely baffles me. I've been going to this bank for years and they have never been anything but polite and helpful. Sometimes they can take a few minutes to service everyone inside but that has been the norm in every bank I've ever attended over the years. Its a bank. Not McDonald's. Anyways I personally like all the staff and they deserve 5 stars in my opinion.

“Scott Jones is an absolutely amazing mortgage loan officer; anyone in the area looking to buy a house should definitely consult him. Not only was his customer service on point, but he closed our loan 10 days early. We lost our first house due to a bad, slow loan officer, and Scott from Day 1 was quick, responsive and friendly.
